We use these tortilla strips on our salads but I guess you could use them in various ways. We like them but do have a concern about any red dye that's used in the strips since there's been so much controversy or a red dye as of late. So we will see how that goes as far as ordering them in the future. If they would just have tortilla strips without coloring in them that would be acceptable. Gave four stars because of the food coloring but other than that we do like this item.
