Don't know what happened to this bag of grapes. More than half of the grapes were damaged and spoiled. Haven’t had this happen so obviously with green grapes. Had to throw them out for fear of contamination of the whole bag. What a shame. Definitely will ask for a refund.
I am a Wal-Mart customer. Walmart needs a big overhaul in the produce department. I normally get at least 1 delivery weekly. I stopped getting my produce delivered for a while and tried coming into the store to select it myself. Turns out it's not the shopper picking poor quality produce. Its Walmart is buying poor quality produce. So i received my delivery this morning, the delivery driver was awesome, and the order was perfect until i got to the produce. The grapes are already browning and mushy, The romaine is turning brown and feels like totally empty heads with just outer leaves. Both will got to the trash can. A refund would be nice, but don't expect it.
I couldn’t believe the condition of the grapes it was very bad look bad mold dark in color I can’t believe someone shop this and thought it was ok ridiculous I had to throw the whole bag away and now out of what I ordered before I went on my trip unacceptable
I am always disappointed with Walmart grapes. I’m not understanding why a manager does not walk fruits and vegetables. A manager should pull these grapes from the shelf. If you wouldn’t take it home don’t expect for anybody else to take it home. And not only that the shopper is choosing the product. She say no.
Sorry we live in Clarendon which is 60 miles away. I didn’t check the grapes till we got home.. just wanted to let you know they are pretty bad, not fit to eat. They are dark, soft and the bottom of bag is swimming in rotten brown juice. This is the first time I’ve had a problem with a pick up order. I always hope they do a good job picking my fresh fruit, but this time they did not. I would have rather you taken them off the order than give me bad grapes. No need for a refund or return cause we won’t be back in Amarillo till Friday. I just wanted to let you know. Hopefully they will do better next time someone orders fresh fruit.
So today I bought these grapes from Walmart I put both bags that I bought into my refrigerator. When my son got home from school. He wanted some grapes. I pulled the bag of green grapes out and one of Walmart employees gloves were in my food. I think that’s unsanitized And nasty and then you don’t wanna do a refund for something so you should refund my whole money back that is disgusting
I started to wash my grapes and discovered many of them were rotten and even modly! Disgusting! No one should have to pay for grapes of this quality. Unfortunately I bought them and they were delivered to my home. I really wish the employee that selected them would have at least looked at them! Gross!!!!!
“I think the issue isn’t the product itself but the person choosing the fruit doesn’t really know how to pick it properly. This is the first time this has happened to me with a fruit delivery—usually others have done it well. I tried to write to you but couldn’t, so we need to have a bit better contact both with whoever’s selecting the produce and the person delivering it.”
The grapes were molded it had black mold if my son gets sick I will get a lawyer I didn’t see or put the groceries away he did until I saw it this evening to go get a snack this is crazy why would you people give us molded fruits I need to let the Bryan news about this
I was very disappointed. I love grapes and eat them all of the time. These grapes were spoiled and brown which indicates rotten. Then they refuse my refund when I didn’t receive half of my order
