Avocados are great. But when they say they have something available for delivery the next day and then the next day comes and they say its delayed...indefinetely and that's like $500 ish they are holding and I can't cancel. And they havent delivered or know where its at. And no humans seems to care for customers...that stinks. Just trying to buy a vet an AC and keep em cool. But I cant because walmart wants to hold $500. I don't let family hold $500 indefinetely shucks.
Use to when I would order produce more often with Walmart I would get the ABSOLUTE WORST, ROTTEN, DISGUSTING, BRUISED AND UN-UNEDIBLE produce so I said I'd start going to farmers market where the food is not genetically modified, injected with God only knows a what, and actually tastes like it's supposed to from theyre... I was in a pince one night when I forgot to get avacados at the F.M. %26 had to get them delivered with some other things from Walmart. Surprisingly they were absolutely PERFECT, tasted GREAT, WERE NOT rotten or bruised %26 I like these cause some are perfect for ripeness %26 others perfect for cutting up Into salad or breakfast sandwiches so now i always buy these when I need avacados
these Avocados where not quit ripe ,but after a couple days they were awesome.Much better than the Tropical Avocado that I bought in the store .brown spots along with most of it Brown .I refuse to eat it so I'm sticking with the ones I usually get 3 to a bag .
Very disappointing. They were overripe, mushy and browned. Soft and very close to liquifying. Threw away after I requested refund. I will save my pictures for a few weeks. It’s good that I didn’t have to return as I live 14 miles away. Bad idea to order for curbside pick up! Won’t repeat that mistake.
This item was substituted for the regular avocadoes, but one of the bags of the two substituted, contained four avocadoes all of which were inedible, actually, in a state of decomposition!! Very disappointing and unacceptable for Walmart's high standards!!
These avocados can be really good when you get a fresh bag — creamy, flavorful, and perfect for toast, salads, and guacamole. However, the quality is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the entire bag is great, but other times a few avocados are already overripe or have brown spots inside. Because of the inconsistency, I've started buying fewer pre-bagged produce items and choosing individual avocados instead. The price for organic avocados is still decent, but quality control could definitely be better.
Someone please check the quality of these awful avocados from Peru. I believe you were getting your avocados from Mexico, but these Peruvian are absolutely disgusting. I keep throwing these in the trash. They never ripe and when you open them, they are brown, full of veins, totally tasteless, weird looking. What in the world are these things? I cannot call them avocados....
They arrived too soft so opened them and they are blackish and smell bad. Basically rotten. I asked for a refund but they asked me to return it to the store fir a refund. I got it through delivery. i don't know why or how to keep rotten opened avocadoes and drive 10 milea to return them when I didn't have time to shop in person so I requested a delivery.
the fault is not the avacado, but it is whomever selected this particular bag. I can't believe that these will ever ripen within my lifetime! A waste of money; these are more than incredibly not ripe. These avacados would have been better sold as weapons.
These avocados were overripe and needed to be used the day I received them. I didn't want that! The next day I put them in the salad I bought them for and they ruined it. I had to throw away at least 85% of two of the avocados and the other two were mushy and ruined the salad.
