Very few times have I had a problem with my order, and they get it fixed right away. They are never late with my groceries. As a matter, they are always a few minutes early. Whom ever I speak to, be it from the corporate office to the delivery person, they are all very nice and very polite. Once, they sent me 15 extra microwavable lunch bowls. I called the office to see if someone could pick them up since I live in a nursing home and am bedridden. The young lady told me I could stay with them, at no charge to me, since it was their fault and not mine. I thought that was very kind of her.
Kiwi came fresh and intact. Good kiwi. Tasted amazing except for the fact I now know I’m allergic to then. Otherwise fantastic.
Just tried kiwi for first time this month. Not too bad if you can find a ripe one, but omg seriously went to buy a few more and price went from 56 cents each to$4.48 each? lol
WHEN I RETURNED HOME FROM WALMART AND PUT AWAY MY GROCERIES, LAST NIGHT, I WAS FURIOUS. My mother has been against this (what I call wonderful) "new-ish" service that walmart offers, the Order Online and Pick Up. No need to walk the store, (when you have mobility prob's, that can be a painful, tough thing to do), make decisions on the fly, no corona virus worries..... I have been a HUGE proponent of the pick up service, all of its PLUSSES, I don't even give credit to any possible negatives ever brought up, except this one: When you use the pick up, the only bad thing is that it keeps me out of the clearance aisle. On the other side, the good thing is, I save a little money, cause I stay out of the clearance Aisle. LOL My mama always worries about someone else picking out her produce or meat. I ASSURE her, the folks they have "shopping" DO have brains and I've NEVER had the first complaint about the food picked for me. UNTIL LAST NIGHT......THREE OF THE FOUR KIWI'S THAT WERE PICKED FOR ME WERE ROTTEN. They were wet, they were ENTIRELEY squishy and disgusting. NOW I KNOW YOU GUYS AT WALMART ARE BETTER THAN THAT...... please, return to doing your jobs, and doing them well. I'll get a little refund on those kiwi's - but that's not the point. The ONE, in photo taht's any good is the lighter colored....The others are disgusting. We're having salad tonight and there's not enough kiwi fruit to add to salad AND i'll have to go back out again. Thanks for listening.
I was charged for kiwi I didn't get kiwi
If I could give it no stars I would. I’ve been shopping for groceries online for delivery for a year now. I’ve only order fresh fruit and vegetables a few times because I was concerned about the quality. I was right they have never been great but at least edible. This time my kiwis are so mushy about the only thing they are good for is the compost. Ordered 4 not one edible one. I will not be using this service for fresh fruit or vegetables anymore.
Damaged kiwis.
Mooshy kiwis should never be packed in a customer's order. It makes me think Walmart wants me to pay for the trash.
I only got one kiwi for 4$ I think there’s a mistake maybe in the app or maybe the shopper read it wrong I’m not sure. I don’t think 4.28 is an appropriate amount for one kiwi though
2 of 3 were overripe (rotten). They had punctured and were leaking fluid when I received them. The third was hard, but I threw it out with the other two since it was covered in rotten liquid.
