I like making lime juice with fresh limes, this bag was organic limes. I usually wash all my limes, and then I put them in a pitcher of water and if you change out the water each week, your limes will last for about 6 to 8 weeks, I make limeade out of all my limes %26 my lemons, and that’s my electrolyte drink during each day. I do like getting the limes and the lemons at Walmart Curbside and that's my electrolyte drink during each day.
Limes are usually hit and miss at Walmart. Sometimes I get the juiciest limes that keep going and other times I have gotten the really hard to squeeze ones with little to no juice. I’m not knowledgeable in how to pick a good lime so I’m sure I could avoid bad limes if I knew what I was looking for.
Do you really put the lime in the coconut? I don’t. But, I’ll cut these into wedges and squeeze the juice on tons of dishes!! (Also, what is a Margarita without this bad boy?) these are always in my house! I’m a freak, so my family will say, because I enjoy just eating them off the peel! A squeeze of lime can ease the want for salt on some dishes, a doctor has told me.
These were small limes and were ordered in a pick-up order, so I didn’t have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. They were thin-skinned, so they were easy to juice and they were LOADED with juice! I got more from these slightly small limes than I usually get from larger fruits. This has been tru for two consecutive orders now. Thanks Walmart.
my disappointment was due to my expectations. I expected it would be the normal size instead of a third of the size of a small lemon. I didn't know they even made lines in such a tiny size. I have included some pictures with an avocado lemon and a can of Pringles
I'm a disabled senior. I can't shop in person and must rely on home delivery. The limes I was sold are withered, and less than 2 inches in length. They're not much bigger than grapes! I am poor, on low fixed income. I can't afford to be sold the worst produce in stock, which is consistently a problem with Glenville NY store home delivery.
I ordered limes and got avocado’s. How do to get them mixed up? I thought they had to scan all items. There is size, texture, color and price difference between the two.
My recent order included 4 Banquet Mega Bowls. All four items were severely damaged (see pictures attached). The damage does not appear to be delivery related. This appears to be Walmart's attempt to reduce waste/spoilage by passing on damaged products to home delivery customers. I am very disappointed.
Almost every single time I order produce I’m being delivered old, damaged stuff, I mean, I’m starting to wonder if they have this thing where they send the delivery people old produce so they can get rid of it. Otherwise, how can you explain this every time? Today watermelon is damaged, grapes are old
The lime was rotten on the inside the day after I bought them. So we’re ALL 6 peaches!! AND I ordered all the items we needed for taco night except your shoppers put cabbage in the bag instead of lettuce. I have Walmart shop for me because I’m disabled. Usually, I’m given the most wonderful items. I’m very disappointed.
