Last July 2025 I started my diet/ change in patterns. So I eat one personal watermelon a week. I'm so very grateful that Walmart is one store that carries the fruit year round. Over the last 7 months I can honestly say I only received one unripened watermelon. I called C/S and my money was refunded. I love being a member of Walmart.
I really liked how the watermelon was smaller than usual but fit into my refrigerator just right. The taste was sweet and firm, and I was impressed by how easy it was to handle. I could use it in two hands, smaller than a basketball, but it was very tasty. I'm glad Walmart had it; it was very tasty.
This watermelon I purchased at Walmart, grown by Kandy, was the best watermelon I've ever had. It was so fresh and oh soooo sweet. I guess that's why the label says "Kandy." It is hands down the best and SWEETEST watermelon you'll ever eat! I promise you'll love every bite!
i was on a huge sandia binge this past season. i probably ate 1 every 2days for about 10 months. unfortunately the highs an lows of the quality were like the peaks and valleys of the sandias. everyone knows what it is like when you got a decent crave on and you don't get that. i know its just watermelon but this was a deep termp addiction...a throw3 myself, like an unhinged 3yo throw myself on the floor tantrum of disappointment, here's what i learned tho 1. the melons that came from a farm with a yellow label seemed to be the worst 2. you want a heavy one, means it has more water in it 3. it should be a darker green, means it's not sun bleached, as in not sitting around in the sun 4. the darker yellow/orange the spot (contact with the soil), means it's overripe so you want a heavier, darker green, manila folder color dirt spot watermelon🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I really liked how the size was great, except for it does have seeds. The texture and juiciness of the watermelon I received was great, and I was impressed by how very sweet it was except I did not want seeds. I would like a refund because I ordered seedless and it does have seeds.
they substituted this water melon for a honey due melon. I would not care I like watermelon but they sent me a rancid melon. very very gross. It tastes rancid too. why do they keep sending out the worse produce to people who do online pick ups? it's frustrating this is not the first time.
watermellon was rotten all the way on the outside . So I cut it to make sure it was not just on the outside the inside was rotten and dark. After 29 minutes on the phone trying to talk to someone about getting a replacement was told just to return it. I did not pay extra to have it delivered. Just to file a return.
my thumb went in the watermelon when I picked it up. Delivered rotten like most of my produce I ordered this time. Do your pickers look to get rid of rotten produce when you get it delivered. Looks like they picked out the worst of what they could. Really was disappointed with my produce on this delivery. Ridiculous if you ask me.
I didn't realize what a small watermelon. I was ordering, but that part, it's okay, that was my fault. However, when I tried to cut it, I could barely get my knife in it. It was so hard it about killed my shoulder to cut up this one little mini watermelon. When I finally got to the inside parts of it looked like it was really nicely ripened, but it was mushy. The rest of it around the edges was hard as a rock. I can barely cut through the fruit. Almost as bad as it was trying to cut through the rind. It ended up going down my garbage disposal. Such a waste. But I learned my lesson. I will never order that personal watermelon ever again and I hope you never put them in your store again because they are not good. I actually purchased a very tasty nicely ripened watermelon from another store. I have never written such a bad review before. And I've never, ever given anything one star in my life. So that should tell you how bad this was.
I cannot believe the little watermelon you all sent if you can’t do a better job than what you’re doing I will go somewhere else last month I ordered a bag of frozen biscuits which I never received I turned around and ordered another bag this month I live by myself and only make 4 biscuits and eggs a month you should have to refund my money for last bag I didn’t receive
