Juicy, tender and very sweet, with just a little tang. And very easy to peel! I've never gotten a rotten fruit in all the many bags I have received at pick-up. I always make sure to turn OFF substitutions, but one time my pick-up order contained the wrong thing—a bag of something called "Peelz" instead—those were awful: terribly dry and chewy and absolutely flavorless. I returned those for refund. THESE are the best, don't waste your time %26 money trying anything else.
It’s a winter fruit, they aren’t firm they are supposed to have a feel of a ripe avocado. it’s my First time trying them. Tart with a dash of sweetness, VERY juicy. It’s My new favorite fruit. I tried an orange later that day and didn’t care for it (I love oranges) these Minneolas have so much flavor.
So delicious! Makes the best juice ever and no juicer needed. These wonderful Minneola are somewhat soft and its a good thing. Rinse and dry with a paper towel , roll on the counter, slice in half and hand squeeze over a bowl or pitcher or glass. They don't have many seeds and they are small. After you have enough, remove seeds with a spoon and pour juice over ice. You will love them!So
So I had my order delivered I wasn't for sure what these were but when I received them they are huge wonderful sweet but huge bonus for some not for others
Awesome tangelos!! I wish I could find these again, they are the BEST. Excellent blend of sweet and tart, a blend between a tangerine and a grapefruit, not as small as a tangerine and not nearly as large as a grapfruit, and much easier to peel than either, and seedless to boot. And now that I adore them, I cannot find them anywhere. Walmart -- please please bring these back as a regular offering!
Probably the best oranges I've ever had. So juicy and flavorful. Perfect if you're the type of weirdo (like myself) who can't stand any of the "segment walls" or "central core" and prefers to just slice and gently pull off whatever each bite gives you--in this case, lots of juicy pulp but no chewy white stuff! They're also easy to peel and segment if that's what you're into!
Minneola Tangelos are my absolute favorite citrus fruit. I was so happy to find them at a reasonable price.
i wish I could have tried these but the entire bag was rotten. why would a Walmart employee feel the need to gice this to a customer. The Walmart in Tehachapi, CA is ways having this happen to everyone when they do grocery pickup.
There is two bad oranges in the bag...They are moldy, white and mushy...The moldy juice from the bag leaked on everything and its sour smelling...Not good!
I received the bag of oranges completely rotten and extremely moldy!! There is no possible way the person packing the order didn’t know how bad these were when grabbing them out of the bin. I think they purposely send rotten produce to get it out of the store and not have to dispose of it there and take it out of inventory.
