I just started this product let's see how it goes , so far so good .

I have taken this product for the last two weeks. Overall I have had less cravings for carbohydrates and sweets. I noticed for the last 5 days my appetite has decreased. Especially in the mornings. I've also been able to skip dinner the last few nights.

This product is a nice supplement to add to my vitamins routine. I suffer from really bad chronic neck and back pain but I noticed it relaxed my muscles a bit and the pain was not as bad and my inflammation that I suffer from due to fibromyalgia was diminished. I also noticed it gave me a boost of energy . I will continue to take this and I do recommend it if you are looking for a boost of energy and a light appetite suppressant this is a good natural supplement.

I like how well these capsules digested. I immediately began to feel better when I started taking these. I was not familiar with Berberine. I feel my gut health has improved. It seems to cut my appetite a bit as well. A pleasant added benefit. :)

I didn't notice too much physically, but I noticed it helped with my blood sugar! Anything to get my levels healthy!

I had never heard of berberine before, but anything that says it will help reduce blood sugar and aid in weight loss is a plus in my book. I just went away for a week's vacation and only gained 1 lb. I consider that a win because I wasn't able to keep track of my macros as I normally do.

It's fresh, all natural with no fillers, vegan, easy to take, potent, quality, no weird flavor, great multiple health benefits and great for covid times for natural immunity which is always desired. All in all a great product just wish it was organic. At least all natural with no fillers which is hard to find and I believe it's non GMO.

I liked that there was no taste, but disliked having to take 3 large capsules a day. I cannot say that I experienced any changes or felt any different though.
