I've been taking the DIM for nearly 3 weeks now and noticed that around the end of week 2, I am having way less of the traumatic hot flashes I'd been experiencing before. After researching this supplement more thoroughly, I might consider having my 14 year old daughter try taking it for a bit to see if it helps with her PMS symptoms and the heavy and painful periods she has.

I also lost a little bit of weight and my skin looks more relaxed, which is great. I read you can get similar results if you eat cruciferous vegetables, which I hate, so I will continue taking this supplement.

Very easy to use! It's a great way to add more greens to the diet. I already eat a lot of vegetables, but this gives an extra boost of GREENS. I will continue using it and hopefully, see more improvement in my skin and mood. Another important thing about this product is that is vegan friendly.

This definitely curbed my appetite and detoxified my body. But the recommended dosage was too much for me so I got headaches when I first started taking it. I lowered the dosage and still got the benefits with no headaches.

I did not feel any different after taking this product. Although that doesn't mean it wasn't working.
