Great product it works
I was diagnosed with hypertension in early May and I have been monitoring my blood pressure at home by taking it and recording the results twice a day. My doctor asked me to do this because we are trying to get my Rx blood pressure meds at the proper dose to regulate my blood pressure. We had been discussing the possibility of adding a second Rx for blood pressure pills. After taking beet root it is enough lower that my doctor said I can stay on only one Rx without the need to add the second.

Yet another great product from Fresh Nutrition. I love beet root supplement for so many health benefits- lower LDL and Blood Pressure, helps with digestion, improves liver function, lower inflammation in the body. What's not to love about healthful product from a great vegetable. Easy to use, no side effects. Highly recommend.

multiple areas of skin improvement
I wish I'd taken pics of my under-eye dark circles before I started taking the beet root. The dark circles have seen significant improvement as well as my acne breakouts have reduced in size and frequency.

Very Helpful.
I liked that it help lower my blood pressure and blood flow. Beetroot is packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.
