At first I didn't like the idea of having someone else shopping for me. All of the orders that I received have been the highest quality items. Most of the time even better than what I would have chosen. kind of blows me away I'm not sure why I didn't do this sooner. Even if there's a problem with your order no matter what it is Walmart fixes it at walmart.com just give them a call. The only thing I can recommend is it during busy times they're out of items that are purchased at a high rate and don't update in the app so it makes you think it's available when it's not. Most occasions the App allow you to select a substitution.
This convenient fruit is fresh %26 sweet. I wash them in baking soda %26 water. Rinse %26 store it in the bottom of the fridge. Whenever I am hungry %26 don't want to gain weight, I grab some instead of chips and cookies. Perfect for keeping your drinks cold.
This is a generous amount of grapes! Sweet for green grapes—just a tiny bit tart. Perfect alone as a snack, frozen. I left them on the stem, rinsed and dried the little bunches of grapes, then let them dry on the counter for an hour or so before putting them in a covered glass bowl in the fridge. Great in chicken salad with chopped walnuts and celery or cucumbers for crunch. I throw a few dried cranberries in for color. Enjoy!
I'm addicted to white grapes. I've purchased these before and they were good. However, this time I got them with a delivery order and they were not good. A good portion weren't ripe and weren't sweet. I'm adding grapes to items that I need to pick out myself.
I think the shoppers need to have more consideration for picking better merchandise for deliveries as we have to rely on their ability to choose these items for us so they should at least look at these and make sure there's something that they would eat because when we get them normally we're disappointed because they have brown grapes soft gooey grapes And basically not fresh any longer just like this last batch!!! 😌
I will never purchase produce to be delivered from WalMart. I paid approximately $6 or $7 for the seedless grapes and had to toss them in the trash. The grapes were old, discolored and shriveled up. I will never purchase produce for delivery. It is a waste of money. The employee who selected the product paid no attention to the quality of the product and obviously didn't care. I ordered delivery because I couldn't get out for myself, but lesson learned. Never again. I simply cannot throw money in the trash.
Upon opening the grapes, I found all the grapes molded. The grapes were opened on the same day of delivery. What a waste of money, but I've been finding that the produce and fruits and vegetables are not a high quality as if you will pick out of the store yourself. It's a shame that people who are unable to go into the store to purchase their groceries must put up with being given substandard food.
Half the Grapes were fresh, the others were way too old. Old trick used for decades: packing the old fruit in with the fresh so they don't have to throw the bad stuff away. Fruit in separate cartons, like Berries, gives the store a way to make $ on bad Fruit. A Produce Manager in CA in the 60s knew my father well enough to explain why half the Strawberries were always bad.
I've purchased many organic products from in the past, but these grapes should not have been sold at all. They were brown, tasteless and 1 step away from being too rotten to consume. They were purchased for pickup, so I did not personally select them. However, whomever is selecting the product for someone should shop as if they were buying for themselves. If they wouldn't buy it or eat it themselves, it shouldn't be sold.
I hate doing this, my reviews are alwats positive. the grapes I receive from Wal-Mart have been great. this time they were so dirty. I do always wash my fruits and vegetables. but this took 3 regular washing with soap, than almost each grape had to be rewashed. they taste great. they are fresh and crisp to the bit. just the right sweet.. i am not requesting a refund or credit because they are fine. but if someone doesn't bring it to your attention, you can't fix it. Thank you for al the great service, food and all the items we order and received from you. have a wonderful night. God bless
