No Burps!! Wish I knew about these tasty cucumbers sooner! Delicious in salads. They seemed pricey at first but they are big (lengthwise) and last a good amount of time, we slice off as we need and close up the end with plastic wrap, stays fresh :)
I love this cucumber it doesn't have all those thick seeds I even make my homemade dill pickles with these cut them in nice chunks with a big mason jar totally good great on salads as well good price and you don't have to peel them great fiber as well.
Ordinarily (home delivery quality cannot be assured), this organic English cucumber is a tasty and healthy addition to my salad meals. I try to purchase organic produce when possible; the taste (and health) difference is noticeable. Spending a little more is definitely worth it.
I avoid buying non organic produce and this organic cucumber is a must have at our house. Every salad we make we make sure we put some cucumber and it’s usually this one.
Ordered fresh organic long English cucumber, one 1 at $2.46. Got long English cucumber %234593 from Mexico and not organic, one 1 at $.97. Was charged $2.46.
When fresh, the produce is great. However, I get my groceries online at pick up. The baggers don’t seem to check the produce before putting them in the bags. These cucumbers often comes spoiled, and I need to simply pitch them in the trash. It’s a shame the baggers can’t do a better job of choosing fresh produce for the customers.
The Carthage Walmart has a real problem with sending rotton produce for delivery. My thumb actually went through this cucumber when i took it out of the bag. There is no way the shopper did not know this was rotten. I can only assume that the employees are told by their manager to pick rotten and moldy produce for any delivery order, because this has happened far too many times.
This is the first time I have ever gotten a rotten vegetable in my order. It disappoints me that you haven’t trained your people to be more cognizant of what they pick out for your customers and put it in the basket. I knew the minute I felt the cucumber and lifted it from my bag that it was completely rotten. I can’t imagine that the young fellow who brought my groceries to me didn’t see/feel as he bagged my groceries at my car.
The organic cucumbers were rubbery and moldy to in texture. This is been the third or fourth time I have purchased produce, and whoever is shopping for the produce doesn’t know what they’re doing. Make sure you train your people on how to pick produce properly.
The Cucumber is molded you can see it clearly. I don't get how the shopper could have missed this. This is a regular issue with produce from Walmart.
