Thick walled and I trust organically grown. Homegrown ones would have thinner walls but i don't have the place or energy to raise my own so these work quite well. They are great steamfried with breakfast meats, stuffed for a midday meal, and attractive for evening casserole additions.
Crunchy Sweet Pepper. I like these peppers because they are consistently sweet and crisp. Baked raw steamed sauteed they are good. Priced better than other grocer stores near me.
Hi Bobby I buy these for my puppy because dogs can have peppers sweet peppers only they have. They are high in it vitamins and a minerals for dogs, they can have them every day for snacks or as a meal with with their food. My dog loves him sweet peppers only though I get all the varieties that they have the red ones are the best he owns are good and they eat green ones too did you know that I did not know this vet says they’re good
They always arrive looking fresh, however Wal-Mart has refused to clarify if they use APEEL - a preservative that is ALLOWED to NOT BE LISTED ON THE LABEL. ORGANIC SHOULD MEAN NO CHEMICALS. The ingredients of APEEL are UNKNOWN and thereforE we should assume dangerous. That is why I prefer SHOPPING AT SPROUTS because they have issued a company wide statement that they do not sell any produce with APEEL.
I order them regularly and have been disappointed maybe twice. When they don’t work out I do an online return. Walmart has never asked me to return bell peppers to the store when I’m dissatisfied. It would be lovely if we could stick to product review in this space and gripe and complain about Walmart delivery and shopped items in the appropriate space.
Generally excellent. Twice got a rotten one. Walmart will give full refund. I'm complaining here so as not to take advantage of their kind policy. I do not require a refund this time. Their return/complaint function does not give one the opportunity to opt out of the store credit/ card refund.
Almost everytime I order any produce from Walmart it's going bad. I can't wait till fresh veggies come out at the Farmers markets... cause the price you pay at Walmart to get stuff that's already going bad is crazy. Do better Walmart!!
As someone who cannot travel to purchase groceries. I order quite often from Walmart. One thing I use a lot are the items in the ‘trinity.' Green Pepper, Celery, and Onion.. The store shoppers used at Walmart should at least receive a rudimentary course in produce. I ordered 2 Green Peppers with a chosen substitute of Organic Green Peppers (2). What was chosen by the shoppers was 2 peppers, a yellow and either orange or red. Those 2 peppers cannot impart the same flavor as a green pepper. Sure I could get a refund but not what I was preparing that night. Any employed shopper should know that or ask. This is the first negative review I've given. It was just the worst I've had delivered. I am extremely pleased with Walmart's delivery service. But disturb by the lack of oversight on this one occasion.
I was disappointed that the product didn’t match the picture. The listing clearly showed colorful bell peppers, but what I received was not the same variety or color assortment. It’s frustrating when the visual representation sets a certain expectation that isn’t met. The quality was okay, but accuracy in what’s advertised really matters.
This is not what i ordered. This was the wrong product. I ordered a red and yellow pepper and got 2 red peppers. This is also an organic pepper which I did not order as well.
