great! use a silicone garlic peeler!
these are great for beef burgundy (look up Anthony Bordain's recipe you won't regret it). I've tried peeling these 2 ways: the flash boil and hand-peel method (horrible 1/10) and the silicon garlic peeler method (super easy, 6/10). It took me half an hour to peel the entire container using the silicone garlic peeler and only a few of them took off more onion layers than i would have liked.

Very tasty
Super tasty onions and a quick bath and some hot oil makes the skins very easy to peel

I got these to use in a recipe because I can no longer find pearl onions in the freezer section. I do prefer the frozen for my casserole recipe now that I have tried these.

Wasteful Product After Peeling
This sounded better in my head. In reality, you throw away about 1/3 of the product when you peel the onions. I found the texture to be a bit off, also. I'll stick to the regular sized ones in the future.

I was given these dried out onions that would even be good for onion sets for planting. Not even the item shown on the website

These were included in my delivery order. They were mostly dried out and the ones that weren't were moldy.
