This was a new way for me to try but I used the oven this time using the - Oven Fry Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix for Pork, 4.2 oz Box - and it turned out great - together with some Hawaiian bread rolls- it's just me so it was easy and satisfying. D. H.

i prefer the thicker cut if bone in pork chops. the flavor that a little bit of fat add such good flavor.for my pork chop meals

Lots of flavor
I sometimes use these pork chops for a breakfast. Great with eggs and fried potatoes. Cooks faster than bacon.

They are expensive for the cut of meat. Also, the smell was a bit off. Not like fresh pork should be.

Poor substitute
This was a substitute for boneless pork chops. These has bones and a lot of the weight is the bone instead of meat. Not a good substitute

How is it I ordered family pack was billed 12.00 but when I received my order I got substituted with 3 pork chops that cost 4.00 I can't feed my kids one pork chop apiece

when defrosted the meat was rotten it smelled foul and turned brown it wasn't even completely defrosted. very disappointing
