Fresh Produce Tropical Avocado, Each

These are the best Avocados! These are the tropical avocados that we grow in South Florida. Since moving to North Florida we don’t have these all the time. So I was thrilled to see them offered at Walmart. They have a wonderful subtle nutty flavor %26 make amazing Guacamole! So much better than the Hass Avocado! 🥑 I love these with a sprinkling of Olive Oil, Balsamic Glaze with salt %26 pepper %26 a fork! You’re all set for a light lunch or snack!

The tropical ones have more of a fruit flavor. Unfortunately these were rotten inside. Hopefully I’ll have better luck next time. They’re not cheap at $2.38 each and both were black inside and somewhat bruised outside. It’s a hit or miss with avocados.

Great taste and very fresh without bruising. They are not watery like the haas. They ripen within a day or two. We use them in salads and as a side dish with breakfast, lunch or dinner. The best tasting avocado we have found. Buy while they are in season and available!

Well it’s not that the product was bad It’s that the shopper doesn’t know the difference from a Haas avocado vs a California large avocado This happened twice in the last 2 weeks So it’s not fair for me to rate your product Just your untrained or incompetent shopper

Rotten! Walmart wants me to return it to the store, which defeats the whole purpose of having my orders delivered. I don't know a shopper could have chosen this. It completely squished in my hand. I guess I'll just stop ordering produce from Walmart and make a special trip to Aldis or Perrines.

I requested tropical avocado, NO SUBSTITUTION, NOT only you send me a Hass one. But you charged for the price of the tropical avocado. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE , PLEASE REFUND THE DIFFERENCE, AS HASS YOU SALE IT FOR $0.89. I AM GETTING A LITTLE FRUSTRATED HERE, I ASK FOR SOMETHING , YOU CHARGE ME FOR IT, AND THEN YOU SEND ME SONETHING INFERIOR IN QUALITY. NO. NO, NO

It looked good outside but was brown on the inside. And I had cut it open on the same day that it was delivered. I wouldn't care but it was expensive by Walmart standards and yet not the same quality as in the past. P.S. sorry, can't add a photo because I already threw it away yesterday.

do not buy avocados from online delivery or pickup. they give you the worst avocados. i have given them 3 opportunities, thinking the first person made an honest mistake. but no! they do not care what produce they give you.

first of all being a provider and up almost 20 hours a day with four hours of sleep I used to look at these avocados and I watch a lot of African stuff on YouTube and I thought like I never seen avocados shape and nice dark green, thick avocado I would see him twice in Walmart and was scared to buy them. in one day online, I brought them and they were the nice Christmas green and when I opened them three days or four days after purchasing them, they were so good and fresh and ripe all the way through with no black spot. but one thing about life here in California you can go get takeout and it comes out to be the worst chicken or nothing is never to the perfection the second time. so the second time I purchased these avocados was April 17 April 17, 2026 I make fresh tortillas deep-fried and I opened the first avocado. It was disgusting and I just brought these avocados. I knew something was different because they had this different type of green that ugly green just as bright ugly green. They need to quit putting stuff on the floor. That’s not good quality. I literally picked a little off the second avocado I have to rush him out to the trash immediately.. I really don’t give a point. One star means it’s disgusting. I love avocados.. my daughter, church neighbor have a avocado tree, and those were the best avocados I ever had big giant dark green avocado, avocados, and they were so ripe, but this lady just moved to Texas and sold her house. I will never get to get none of those avocados again.. these avocados that just came April 17, 2026 are disgusting. I even have pictures of my phone and try to send it to Walmart. Customer care strawberries are molded two days after you get them. I don’t know what it is about the refrigerator there but I haven’t French king Cab refrigerator that I keep cool for some reason. The strawberries are already weak when they leave the store and people want to keep strawberries in a refrigerator lease for three days trust me strawberries don’t laugh in a person refrigerator for 48 hours less these are disgusting avocados and they were in my refrigerator just like the ones from my daughter church and her avocado stay fresh in my refrigerator for eight days eight days my daughter lady friends from church her avocado stay fresh in my refrigerator for eight days. They can only go bad if they are exposed to sunlight and they’re just sitting here all day in the extreme heat. .. I hate buying fruit vegetables, less of meat, fresh vegetables you want but you got a chance cause Walmart will deliver you some jacked up strawberries and avocados. One time I got six bananas and they were stone hard six bananas that’s crazy so you just gotta be careful with their food. Food is not fresh like it was in the 80s. The only thing that’s fresh is jelly and jam . Fruit and vegetable these days you have to eat it immediately. I guess that’s why people goes to farmers market.

They delivered rotten avocados that were mushy when I got them so I know they knew they were bad! I cut them open and they are brown and decaying on the inside. A wasted $5 . Wal mart shoppers need to do a better job picking produce for their deliveries!!!! How do I request a refund?
