Fresh Purple Eggplant, Each

I have been making a lot of eggplant lately a Moroccan cooked salad of eggplant, tomatoes, etc. but my favorite will always be eggplant Parmesan unfortunately the last two times I made this eggplant I never made it to the Parmesan. I ate it right out of the pan..

I've really been digging eggplant lately so this is great! Tastes delicious and if you're into lasagna or parm sandwiches this eggplant is perfect! Sometimes I coat eggplant slices in breadcrumbs and fry them up and it's incredible, really tasty. Definitely recommended 🍆 🍆 🍆

It seems like the shoppers pick out the biggest vegetables available. The eggplant was huge. I wish there was some way to communicate with the shoppers. Huge cabbage cucumbers zucchini. Maybe Walmart training teaches to pick out the biggest to make more money.

I made a delicious eggplant parm for dinner tonight and I'm sorry I didn't but 2 or 3 eggplants. I ate the whole thing myself. The eggplant was fresh and firm which made it easy to prepare. I'll be buying more soon. I've never been disappointed with WallMart's produce.

I received eggplant and it was brown and mushy on one side. It was rotten. i can't believe an employee picked this and thought it was ok to seek to a customer. I bet they would not select it for their family

Unfortunately the ones I received were not in good condition. It had brown spots. I appreciate the service, but I hope the quality check can be improved for the fresh produce. Thank you.

Apologies for inconsist communication about this item. I took a picture of the eggplants they picked for me for this delivery %26 they shouldve not picked them at all. They are horrible. Ive had eggplant delivered before that was perfect, these should have been thrown away %26 not sold at all. I cannot return them to the store i do not drive anymore and i do not have a car thats why ive been using my Walmart delivery privileges.

Was all rotten and had brown bumps on them , when you get produce from here they never look at them to see, I feel like they just grab whatever and throw in bag .

The eggplants were soft and mushy, had to throw away. I had reordered them as the eggplants I received 2 days ago were soft and mushy. Your produce manager should’ve throwing these away.
