Limp Diakon!
About 33% of the time the Daikon Radish received is not fresh. It is supposed to be hard like a red radish not limp and bendable. Walmart please check your produce on the shelves daily so unknowing delivery shoppers do not sent rotting daikon out to customers.

Daikon radish should be hard, not rubbery. Like a carrot, if it bends, it means it's old. whomever shopped this for me didn't know, I guess. That's a bummer for me.

more training for pickers
The person picking up the veg-needs to be trained on what is good an what is bad. One of these White Daikon's was so limber it could not be held up it just ben over. This one was real bad.
