I love these. I just wash them and slice them in half and put canola oil in a bag with, dill, onion powder and garlic. I shake them up in a bag and then put them in a pan to fry them up. They are always fresh and just about all the same size so they get cooked up all at once. You can roast them in the oven this way as well. They are the perfect shape. They are great with Eggs in the morning. Great for growing kids to satisfy their hunger. I would highly recommend.
My go to for smashed garlic parmesan potatoes my family can’t get enough of: INGREDIENTS 1.5 pounds small baby red potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 450°F Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let cool slightly. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a fork or masher. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Dip in your favorite condiment….ours is Ranch!
it's so much easier just rinsing these in a strainer then quickly halving them and tossing them in a pot roast or just throwing them whole in butter, garlic, and a ranch packet in the crockpot instead of wasting time scrubbing and cubing big potatoes. these are my go to for a nice presentation as a dinner party side or when I'm in a rush to get out the door in the morning.
I love these baby red potatoes! They were all just about the same size. i cut mine in quarters and roast them to have them with salmon and asparagus or have them as breakfast potatoes with eggs and turkey bacon. My favorite potatoes! They cook really well and evenly. I have used them for hewrty beef stews as well! They are a great way to stretch meals and get full.
These little red potatoes are the best! Always fresh and I enjoy eating them cold the next day or cutting them up to add to breakfast taquitos or add them to scrambled eggs and sausage for a homemade breakfast bowl. I buy at least 5-6 bags a month. They are a must have staple in my kitchen.
These will be so good. I make them in the oven on a cookie sheet. I wash and cut them in half. A little bit of olive oil turnthen to coat potato. Then throw them in the oven stir every 15 minute until tender and crisp on outside. They come out amazing. Use some seasoning when you take them out they make a good presentation on the dinner table
We love these baby red potatoes no matter what’s for dinner! They’re also perfect to use in Pot Roasts too! We find it’s much easier to rinse them off and throw the whole bag of potatoes in our slow cooker or roasting in the oven with yummy vegetables! We’re a fan of Red Potatoes in general and order these all the time!
These potatoes had smooth skin and I only had 1 potato that had a black spot that I cut off. They were firm and fresh and there were 40 potatoes in the bag. I washed and dried them, cut them in half, coated them with vegetable oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper and baked them in the oven. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My family loved them.
These are a little expensive and can shrivel up fast on you if you don’t use them up but they make great side dish one cut in half add garlic herbs, olive oil, toss, and bacon in the oven. They’re so good also they make really good miniature potato skins. Just cut them in half baked them fork them a little bit to loosen them up and then add your toppings and they’re like bite-size hors d’oeuvres. They’re popular my house and they go fast. They’re really yummy.
first of all I've received the wrong potatoes, they were not baby reds they were large rats tasted moldy tried every which way to make them decent used two potatoes out of the bag nasty earthy moldy flavor throughout you can tell by the smell you would think the pickers would put the bag aside and try to find better bag I placed a comment before about this and nothing transpired or came to fruition. let me add though it's not just this store it seems as though every store the fruits and vegetables look pristine and then they're riding from the inside out nothing has the taste as it used to in the '50s in the 60s
