Asking Walmart for clarification of price charged

Dianne September 21, 2022

The potatoes are nice, clean, not scabby... I just ordered 6 to limit money spent ... I could have purchased 5 Lb.s-- for the $3.69 I was charged. from the weight on hand, I would say SIX red skins are about 1.25 lbs, Try weighing SIX and see if they should cost as much as a 5 lb. bag. These are difficult times since Covid-- please don't price gouge.

Ok,not great. potatoes are expensive. A crapshoot.

Julia September 8, 2022

Not so hot, unfortunately. I make my own dog food. These usually small red potatoes were pretty large this time and had questionable skins. I would leave the skins on as a rule. These I peeled because of the lines and vein like appearance running throughout. When peeled, I found less than optimal insides. It took a good portion of the usable nightshade away. I peel when there's green (poisonous) showing. I'm not making her food myself for fun. It's for nutritional concerns. This being a tiny part of it, because it can cause issues. Since potatoes have skyrocketed lately, I take the less expensive route on my limited income. I love

Choose better produce

Tamala December 3, 2021

After 3 poor quality orders of this item I decided to say something. Each time at least half the count are old and turned color and soft. Prior to these occurrences I had never seen RED potatoes this color and had to ask a friend that worked in produce for decades, if they were in fact red potatoes.

old potatoes

Carol November 30, 2022

red potatoes were old, soft, past their prime. Please teach those young cart pickers how to pick up good edible vegetables for your customers.

Rotten potatoes! Really?

Junior January 15, 2023

Only ordered 3 potatoes.. So why send rotten, red potatoes? I would've even taken white or yukon but rotten? Threw them right in the trash where they belonged! And no I didn't take the time to get a photo because I was so very disgusted, discovering this amidst putting away my groceries.

Disgusted with Walmart!

Anne October 1, 2022

Soft. Had to trim them at both ends and eat what was left in the middle. Unacceptable. Things get smashed, broken, and unusable simple because the baggers obviously are not trained properly on how to fill each bag so that the heavy stuff on the bottom and lighter items on top. I think I speak for half the population when I state that most of us live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to always be throwing out food.

red potato fail

Brandon September 16, 2022

I order these potatoes often, and usually the Walmart shopper does a pretty good job at picking out good ones. but the potatoes I received today looked like potatoes that I would usually be throwing out after having sat around for a month uneaten, already shriveling and going way too soft. they went straight to the garbage can as soon as I got them.

I only received 1 potatoes instead of 5

Enrique April 10, 2024

Make sure to look for items that are the same than what you need. if you want 7 grains get something si and not wheat.

Zero stars would be a better review. They were old, soft, green, and uneatable. They shouldn't even be on the self to be sold. I had to throw them away!

The worst looking potatoes I have ever purchased. 2 out of 3 are going in the trash now I have to buy more potatoes for my recipe planned. Whomever shopped for these just does not care
