Fresh Roasted Coffee, Home Roaster's Sampler, Adventurer's Green Coffee

I like to throw in a chunk of frozen fresh coconut and experiment with different boozes, my favorites, my barrel, aged rum when I roast it makes my house smell like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies some whiskeys bring out the floral notes, some wines bring out the chocolate notes. My homemade vanilla always gives it an excellent taste, and smell too when roastingIt's fun. to experiment and see what you get.

The Ethiopian and Costa Rican beans taste much better when roasted lightly, though it makes for a challenge grinding them by hand. The Sidamo Guji is smooth and full bodied when roasted lightly, but bitter when medium or dark roasted. The Tarrazu is very smooth with a light fruity taste when roasted lightly, more bland when roasted medium. The beans from Brazil and Sumatra are also very smooth, and highly rated - I've had them before.....IMHO you have to go to Kona to beat these.....
