What a surprise! I wanted the Haitian Blue, but Fresh Roasted Coffee was temporarily out, not their fault, an issue from the source. Upon speaking with a rep from Fresh Roasted Coffee, she suggested I try the Organic Dominican Republic Roast, it was great. The blend was smooth with great flavor, quality with very little acid. Thank you for a great suggestion, I will be reordering many times over!

I've been to the Dominican Republic several times and stayed near the coffee groves. I feel in love with the coffee. The Fresh Roasted Coffee Organic Dominican Republic coffee talked me right back to the island.

Another one of our favorites, we alternate the Organic Dominican with Organic Columbian. It is a really aromatic coffee with a nice low level of acidity. Great cup!

I decided to try this based on recommendations for a smooth, low-acid coffee, and it did not disappoint! The flavor is excellent. What stands out most is the freshness.

FRC has caused me problems, i never realized that there were so many coffees both to like and dislike. I'm currently trying out the Dominician Republic's version of an island coffee, which Ireally enjoy. I just don't know the words as to why. It seems, a little smoother than the Mexician med. that I've enjoyed,also, next is the Haitian Blue.

We love the taste and quality of the roast. It's the staple coffee bean in our home. We use pour over and its perfect profile.

The medium roast placed it in the upper quartile of flavors and it's a low-risk option for starting your adventure with FRC.

It has a subtle but pleasant taste. I could taste the baked apple flavor note . There's a mild aftertaste and not too much acidity. The coffee has a nice balance to it. I would definitely get this one again. It's a very nice medium roast coffee.
