I have been ordering Sidamo for many years. It is a versatile bean, good for espresso or handpour coffee. The cappucino brewed with this Sidamo has a nutty flavor, and handpour is a bit sweet, fruitness.

I have been buying this coffee for over five years now. It makes a for an absolutely dynamite Americano every morning. I've tried some other varietals along the way but find the Ethiopian Sidamo to always win out.

I love this bean. I've ordered it again and again. It makes such a reliably enjoyable coffee. It's naturally a mildly sweet and medium bodied. Tastes good hot or cold.

This Ethiopian Sidamo turned out even better than I expected. The blueberry note is real, but not too strong, and the coffee itself is smooth with a nice, balanced acidity. It has a clean, slightly earthy taste that makes the cup feel fuller and more interesting. I've been brewing it in a regular drip machine and it still keeps its bright, fruity flavor. No bitterness, no harsh aftertaste. Just a really good, easy-to-enjoy coffee. I'd definitely buy it again.

This coffee is a favorite just as it is Black! The flavors come through using a Chemex coffee maker! A lovely light citrus flavor, so delicious and refreshing iced!. I enjoy this iced or hot! So many good coffees to choose from at Fresh Roasted Coffee and they make our coffee times SPECIAL!!

I switch around between 4 or 5 different coffees but the Ethiopian Sidamo has the No. 1 spoton my list of favorites.

My 2lb not happy with delivery because it sat in my mail box in heat, I was watching for it but it say deliver till way after. The 5 lb bag was better & notification was on time.

I love the fruitiness of Ethiopian light roasts, and this one is excellent. Great blueberry and strawberry notes balanced by a good earthiness as well.

It may be a bit premature to review as the flavor is noticeably improving at just past two weeks roast date. I will admit that when I first tried the bag after FRC's I was a bit underwhelmed. It was still a smooth cup, but definitely missing the claimed tasting notes. At two weeks, I'm beginning to notice them and I'm hopeful it will continue to improve. I'm glad I got a big bag so I can experiment with resting times to maximize enjoyment of future bags.
