I discovered Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee at a local coffee roaster. It quickly became my favorite, but it came with a high cost. I stumbled across Fresh Roasted Coffee on a Facebook advertisement and to my surprise, they were only a short drive from my home. I drove up and purchased a 12 ounce bag, and haven't purchased coffee from anyone else since! A very smooth coffee with tons of flavor, no bitterness, and roasted to perfection. Best of all, it was 2/3 the price of my local roaster and shipping was fast & free when I purchased a 5# bag. Exceptional coffee, exceptional value, exceptional company!

We grind, french-press and drink this particular African coffee from FRC for more then 5 years. We love everything: smell of the freshly roasted beans from the bag ( we only wish those bags will be an environmentally friendly), compex aroma and superb flavour of that dark chocolate essence of morning itself :)))

We love the robust flavor from this organic single-location, high-altitude coffee. I have a mold sensitivity, and this one does not make me react. The most common reaction people get is an urgent need to urinate right after drinking, and this one does not cause that at all. The flavor is the best, and you can't beat the price. Thanks so much! I normally purchase Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans coffee at my local natural food store. This is the first time that I've tried the dark variety and I was surprised how un-bitter it was compared with other dark roasts. Very smooth but satisfying with very little aftertaste. It comes well packaged in a sealed foil bag and arrived quite fresh. The beans are a bit oily but I think this helps them to grind better. I would buy this coffee again.

I can't speak highly enough of this coffee company. All your coffee is imported; these people do it best. Great flavor, always fresh, and incredibly fast shipping. When we were stationed in Japan, a 5-lb bag of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe for $50 was getting to our mailbox within 7 days. Locally, a 250g bag of Yirgacheffe was going for 3,200¥ (that's right, $32 for half a pound). I'll never buy from anyone else as long as FRC is around.

We have sampled so many different kinds of beans from Fresh Roasted Coffee that our dilemma is which one to choose. We now have the luxury of several different kinds of fresh beans deliver to our door instead of me having to cart bags of coffee home with me. And so far not one type has been a disappointment.

There was an issue when I first received the coffee beans. Someone put the wrong beans in the right bag. However, customer service was Excellent. I soon got the correct beans and really liked the coffee. I use this for making espresso because I like the citrusy notes.

Yirgacheffe has been my favorite coffee for years. This offering from Fresh Roasted Coffee is no exception. The only thing preventing it from being truly outstanding, in my opinion, is the roast. I prefer a slightly lighter roast for Yirgacheffe. I wish FRC would offer both roasts.
