We grind, french-press and drink this particular African coffee from FRC for more then 5 years. We love everything: smell of the freshly roasted beans from the bag ( we only wish those bags will be an environmentally friendly), compex aroma and superb flavour of that dark chocolate essence of morning itself :)))

We love the robust flavor from this organic single-location, high-altitude coffee. I have a mold sensitivity, and this one does not make me react. Absolutely the finest coffee I have ever tasted! The fresh, smooth, delicious flavor has completely spoiled me. No longer can I enjoy coffee from a restaurant, as I keep thinking about the incredible delight of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee. This coffee is truly black gold.

After not drinking coffee for over twelve years, I impulsively tried a small sample of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe at an art gallery in Door County, WI a few years ago. It was so good I was back on coffee and began a search for it. I found several other Ethiopian coffee varieties in my area, but it was not the same. I also find that it seems to be much less acidic than other coffee and doesn't cause me to have acid reflux...definitely another plus.

I can't speak highly enough of this coffee company. All your coffee is imported; these people do it best. Great flavor, always fresh, and incredibly fast shipping. When we were stationed in Japan, a 5-lb bag of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe for $50 was getting to our mailbox within 7 days. Locally, a 250g bag of Yirgacheffe was going for 3,200¥ (that's right, $32 for half a pound). I'll never buy from anyone else as long as FRC is around.

I love this coffee! It's been my go to in coffee pods for almost a year. I actually bought some whole bean this time because I was having guests and was going to whip out the big coffee pot. I was not disappointed. I brew it pretty strong and then just put a little a tiny bit of honey and half. It touches me directly on my soul.

Yirgacheffe has been my favorite coffee for years. This offering from Fresh Roasted Coffee is no exception. The only thing preventing it from being truly outstanding, in my opinion, is the roast. I prefer a slightly lighter roast for Yirgacheffe. I wish FRC would offer both roasts.

Quality and taste not as good as I normally get from Honduran coffee. Maybe beans not as large as I have bought in the past.
