Fresh Roasted Coffee, Organic Unroasted Peru Coffee Beans, 80 oz

I did a medium roast on this bean and it resulted in a very smooth taste. Hints of chocolate with consistent flavor. Roasting darker yields more of a “bite” to the flavor if that is your preference.

I wanted to branch out from the Brazilian (unroasted) beans that I normally get, so I decided to try these during a sale on organic beans. It's good, but a bit more acidic (at a med-dark roast) than I prefer. I'll probably need to experiment more with different roast levels to find what I like best for these beans.
