Fresh Roasted Coffee, Unroasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Kochere Coffee Beans, 80 oz

We have been appreciating Kenya AA coffee for the past couple of decades. We always use to purchase from one source (roasted beans), but when that source decided not to carry them, we were kind of left in the lurch, so to speak. Enter a friend of ours, and a taste of the coffee he was roasting at home, and all of a sudden, we were struck with the "roast-at-home" option, and the ability to have our Kenya AA beans, and at an unroasted, green bean price. The Kenya AA beans (green) from, Fresh Roasted Coffee, are fantastic, and we are so happy to have discover this company, and the coffee beans they sell.

I'd become hooked on fresh coffee some time ago and finally got into roasting my own. I've had a great experience with Fresh Roast Coffee, LLC with each order I've made - the bulk coffees in particular are great for at home roasting. It's great to have quality coffee that are always delivered as promised!

Roasted to a City plus to Full city. came out real nice. Smooth, balance, no bitter aftertaste at the darker roast level. Quite enjoyed it, will order again.

Newbie at roasting my own coffee from green beans. A friend let me try this coffee and I enjoyed it. So far I am very satisfied with this and will definitely be buying more.

I prefer medium roasts with more fruity, and acidic roasts with fewer chocolate and earthy flavors. The Costa Rican Tarrazu is the best example of this I have tried.

This coffee has the aroma and flavor that pleases my palate. My wife and I drink it with all meals. I highly recommend it. I like it best when I remove it just before the second crack.

My wife demands her fresh-roasted coffee every morning (or watch out!). Her favorite is Costa Rica Tarrazu. We roast it in a Behmor 1600 at P1A to Full City. It is light, with a touch of sweetness and chocolate.

I purchased Guatemala Huehuetenango for the first time a few months back. Pulling the roast just before second crack results in a balance of mildly fruity and nutty undertones with medium body. I would buy this varietal again.

Roasted until the oils start to show during the second 'crack' and starting to smoke. Ground a bit finer than medium. A delightfully rich nutty and chocolate flavor. My adult kids are saying now 'don't forget to bring the coffee'. Ha!
