the last 2 times that ive ordered cucumbers, half or over half arent worth eating gummy and slimy. I don't know who picks out the delivery raw veggies. They really need a lesson in choosing the right ones. Choose the ones that you would want to take home.
These cucumbers had irregular skins and they are thick skinned. They had many brown spots. Between the seeds inside and peeling and cutting away the blemishes I’m going to stick with the mini cucumbers or the long English cucumber . Not much waste in those. These aren’t bad and tasted good I just think there use too much waste. I eat cucumbers every day so I’ll stick with the others. There wasn’t much difference in the pricing between these and the mini cucumbers in the bag.
You have to use these within a day or 2. Have picked this particular brand up a couple of times and each and every time they get slimy and molded within 2-3 days. Have to throw the whole bag away without ever even opening it. The other brand doesn’t do this. Not sure why this brand doesn’t last.
NOT FRESH…I've gotten this item before, just check the bag to see if they are fresh or getting spoiled. I had an order delivered, as soon as I took them out of the bag I seen they were slimy… soaked them in salt water hoping I could use them…this is what they looked like when I removed the soft parts with finger.
The order for my cucumbers were disgusting. They were totally rotten, smooshed gooey, slimy nasty cucumbers hardly identifiable. . They should have ever been in Walmart much less sent out to customer in an order!! Send me a refund or credit my account!!!!
I have never had an issue with these cucumbers before, but the last 2 bags had be throw out! They were completely spoiled, and gushy mess. I am surprised my shopper didn`t notice the spoiled cucumbers very noticeable. I don`t drive any more, very grateful for the delivery service Walmart provides, but sure would like t.o be refunded for my spoiled purchase!!!! I am sure there are a lot of complaints about these spoiled salad cucumbers. Please refund me, thank you.
I bought three bags they only delivered two and out of them both I got two jars of pickles it should have been four or five but they were so mushy it was impossible to use most of what I bought. I believe these are the most expensive pickles I have ever made.
if I can give this zero stars, I would I ordered this three days ago and look how molded and disgusting this is. I literally had this in my vegetable drawer, which was by my other vegetables which could've contaminated them. This is so disgusting if you bought this in the past week you better check it and go to the doctor. You might be sick because ain't no way this happens in three days.
These are the worst cucumbers I've ever had. I opened the bag when I got home and they were all slimy. I immediately tried rinsing them and letting them air dry. They all started shriveling up and felt mushy. They do not last more than a day without getting soft. A waste of $! I wonder if they are held in a refrigerator after the employee picks my order and stages it for my pick up time. I wish I could figure this out. I enjoy cucumber salads and homemade dill pickles.
I love these kinds of cucumbers because of the wonderful crunch they have. Unfortunately, when I bought these, within a few days, the cucumbers were dripping and mushy. They shouldn't have turned so quickly and drastically. Definitely not something I will purchase from Walmart again
