Never thought seedless lemons would make me so happy. Worst part about adding a lemon slice to your drink or adding lemon juice to things is the seeds. Sometime you can never get all the seeds out and they end up in your drink or food causing a choking hazard. Love these seedless lemons. Tart like lemon should be.
Absolutely perfect lemons, with NO SEEDS! Perhaps other customers may not like the price, but having lived in California for half of my life, I find these lemons absolutely delicious and well worth the price. My mother planted seeds the year we moved into our little house in San Diego....in 1940, when I was just 6 years old....the lemon tree produced so many lemons that we would have to give some away to neighbors and friends. San Diego was a wonderful place to grow up, but when I married at 20, I moved with my husband to Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and lived there until I divorced him in 1980, I now live in beautiful Cortland, New York, where every season is beautiful to me.
I only purchase a small amount of produce from Walmart because sometime the items sent are not great or totally incorrect. That situation has gotten better in the last several months. There are a few things I really like though, and these are one of the items. The lemons are very juicy and seedless which makes my life easier. The quality is always good and all of the bag has been quality. Will continue to get these.
I bought this bag of lemons, thinking I was just getting some fruit. What I actually purchased was a squadron of tiny yellow life-coaches disguised as produce. Each lemon radiates more positivity than a motivational speaker at a TED Talk. I sliced one open, and the scent slapped me across the face like Mother Nature herself shouting, “Wake up and get your life together!” Suddenly, I was cleaning my whole house, paying my bills early, and texting my ex just to say, “I forgive you.” Cooking? Next level. A squirt on fish? Perfection. In tea? I felt like royalty sipping the elixir of immortality. One wedge in water, and suddenly I was hydrating with purpose. I don’t even like water, but now I’m basically a mermaid. Bonus: If life ever hands you THESE lemons, forget lemonade. You’ll be running an international citrus empire by noon. Would I recommend? Absolutely. Five stars. These lemons aren’t fruit—they’re sunshine wrapped in zest, ready to roundhouse-kick your taste buds into happiness.
These seedless lemons are great!! I like to keep lemons in my kitchen because I have a love affair with them. They're great for sauces, to squeeze into guacamole, to put the juice in drinks, vegetables, lemon water, tea, and so many other uses. I even use them for cleaning purposes. if you have trouble scrubbing your pans or dishes because of caked on food, just soak the dishes in a strong detergent, hot water and lemon juice. You can even cut up the lemons in half and use them as your scrubber. Be careful, the acid can cause discoloration to certain pigmented items. PLEASE USE THE LEMONA WITH CAUTION!! I would not suggest putting the peels down your garbage disposal however I do use the flesh of the lemons. It makes your drain smell clean and fresh. EAZY PEEZY LEMON SQUEEZY!! 😋❤️
I would like to recommend them. I thought they were delicious. Much tastier to me than a standard seeded lemon. They’re juicier, tad smoother to eat, not nearly as bitter. You just have to try them at least once. Then make your own decision. Heck I’d use the rind as a zest. Enjoy!
End of season in the U.S. so they are slightly smaller and more oblong in shape. Milder in taste. Pungent yet not too, too pungent. Great flavor. Great in teas , like Hibiscus, this time of year. I zest the peel and add it to rice dishes. It brightens up the flavor. Try a little on your eggs one morning you might be pleasantly surprised. I like it on fluffy, scrambled eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
The rind is very thick. The lemons are very dry. They are impossible to squeeze the normal way because the rind is too thick, but I am able to place my thumb directly on the pulp and get a few drops of juice. One wedge of a normal lemon has a much juice as the entirety of one of these whole lemons. The juice tastes fine. There are no seeds. I will never buy them again.
2 lemons were rotting and molded. The rest were so old they were no edible on on the verge of decay.
This is the 2nd time in a week that I’ve received lemons in my delivery order that were basically garbage. I buy seedless lemons at least every couple of weeks and they’ve been fine until now. The shopper should NOT have put these in the order.
