Fresh Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms, 16 oz

I sauté the entire package, and afterwards, I will freeze the mushrooms flat and put them in a reusable container. I break off a section to throw into pasta when I am making the sauce or in the pan before adding eggs for an omelet. It cuts down the cooking time and adds a nice addition to any dish.

since meat prices have gotten so high I have doubled up on my mushrooms. I love the grilled flavor. I use them to replace meat in many recipes. My favorite is in my morning omelet with muchrooms and mozzarella cheese. I also use the larger slices grilled in place of a steak with onions on top of a baked potato. I like the taste and texture and nutrition. They make an excellent plant based burger. I was really missing meat till I discovered I could use mushrooms as a replacement.

This is a great buy if they are fresh. I order for delivery and usually they are fresh but a couple times they have not been. that's why the ow stars. Best to buy when you can see them. Maybe people who pick the orders don't know what fresh looks like, that is possible.

USED FOR EVERYTHING! Has a nice texture, use raw in salads to chopped/diced in stuffing or even put in the mashed potatoes! Use in recipe, and above all - IT'S GOOD FOR YOU!

I love mushrooms and honestly think buying them pre-sliced is worth it. For me, it's better to use them than let whole mushrooms sit too long and go to waste. The convenience saves time when cooking and makes it easier to toss them into meals quickly. These had a fresh, earthy flavor and a nice texture both raw and cooked. I use mushrooms in eggs, burgers, pasta, pizza, and curry all the time, so having them already sliced makes cooking feel so much easier. Overall these were fresh, flavorful, and a great kitchen staple to keep on

These were great. I stir fried them with peas, onions and garlic in a little bit of olive oil. I had some leftover rice and beans I wanted to doctor up and thought the mushrooms would add another layer of meaty texture, which they did. When I rinsed them before adding them to the hot oil, I snacked on a few raw ones, and they were pretty darn earth and delicious this way too. I'd like to try these on a salad next time I purchase them. Once again, I am very impressed with the high quality produce Walmart has to offer. These were fresh as if they had been foraged a day before!

The day the delivery was made I looked at them and thought I better use them quickly. I took them out of the fridge the next day and opened them up and they had a slight smell, they were slimy and had many brown spots. I threw them out. I couldn't bring them into the store because my car is not working. I think whoever selected them should shop as though they are buying for themselves. Maybe then those of us that pay extra for delivery would get what they would have selected. It doesn't happen all the time but more than what I like. That is one of the reason I stopped delivering before. Note: this was the first delivery this time around!

The mushrooms are bad. They are slimy, squishy, have a really bad order coming from the package, and are browning all the way though. As someone who regularly eats mushrooms, I can guarantee these are already going bad, and I was sold expiring product that should have been culled. Worst condition I've ever seen a mushroom.

One of the packages of mushrooms was old and leaking nasty brown liquid all over the rest of the items in the bag. They were obviously very old and I had to wind up, washing the rest of the produce bag that were in the grocery bag. There was stuff drip, dripping all over the kitchen floor because of this. I'm pretty disgusted and disappointed!

I would only buy these if I were the one doing the shopping and personally looking at the mushrooms. I've had good and bad experiences with the store shopper %26 store home delivery. I've received them that looked like they were a day away from being pulled and discarded because they were so dark and turning slimy. If YOU pick them, you'll be happier.
