Fresh Sliced White Mushrooms, 16 oz

I buy either these sliced white mushrooms or the whole white mushrooms all the time (sliced if I'm going to use right away, whole mushrooms go in a paper bag in 'fridge to use later). I prefer the sliced since they are 100% ready compared to the whole mushrooms. Just open and add to your recipe. Both have always been great quality for my recipes, NEVER had to throw any away due to bruising, etc. I will continue to buy weekly!

I don't know why I keep buying these mushrooms. They are always brown and slimy and they aren't washed before they are sliced. Do you know how hard it is to wash sliced mushrooms?!? Save yourself some time and frustration and just buy the whole ones. At least then you have a chance of getting usable food.

We ordered this via Walmart delivery and the “white” mushrooms were brown. Definitely not the color in the online photo. They shouldn’t have even been on the shelf for sale much less hand picked to be given to a customer. These will be bad before I can even use them tomorrow.

We smell something horrid in the groceries. I find this slimy package of ruined mushrooms. There was no way the shopper didn’t see this and smell it. All of them should have been looking for the bad smell because it was that strong

I was given rotten mushrooms in my pick up order! The “white” mushrooms are brown %26 it isn’t dirt! Not sure if the picture will show it well, but a lot of them are pitted %26 shriveled!

This is the third time I've ordered "fresh" white mushrooms that were received brown, old, and discolored. I've tried whole and sliced selections alike with the same outcome. Walmart has a consistent difficulty delivering fresh mushrooms.

Not even close to what I needed. Whole mushrooms but was given sliced? Would rather have gotten none.

Product was delivered and was definitely bad. Shopper should’ve either marked it as unavailable or substituted the item for a fresh item. I’ve thrown away better mushrooms.

Sadly, when these were delivered, the package was torn open, and half of the mushrooms were gone. The remaining mushroom were very dark brown and looked old. I threw them away. I think in the future I will leave purchasing fresh vegetables to myself.

Mushrooms were black around the edges as the entire package was old %26 rotting. We would have just cooked them in a frying pan with oil or butter but they weren't even fresh enough for that. We purchased them to go in salad but they were not fresh enough for that. They would probably make us sick.
