Great eats!

Sonya November 7, 2025

Most of the time when you get these, they will be hard and green, but if you put them in a paper bag for three days, they will perfectly ripen and be available for consumption.

Avocadoes that last

hummingbird812 September 26, 2025

I have been getting deliveries from Walmart, and I was apprehensive about buying meat or produce, but with the avocadoes I have been getting fresh avocadoes that lasted at least a week. Avocadoes are one of those fruits that it is hard to see if it is rotten because in the outside looks good but once you open them you find out there is no salvage. These avocadoes came out perfect, they were hard, I left them in the bag the shoppers put them in and in about four days I took them out of the bag. Three were ready, one was still hard, but I made avocado/guacamole and it was delicious. I will continue to order them, and a big thanks to the shoppers in my local Walmart. By the way, they were a good size avocadoes.

I usually order these on each order. However in the last 2 deliveries all of the avocadoes were ripe with a few overipe. i like a combination of ripe and not ripe so dont have to throw them away. even all not ripe is okay because i eat one every other day.

Rotten avocados

Ingrid October 18, 2025

They put rotten avocados and sent this to me. Again it’s hard to keep ordering food that is expensive. I didn’t have time to go into the store and again I trusted that they will have someone that can do their job. Waste of money. Threw them all away. All of them were rotten and soft like they were old. Amazon never did this.

WAY PAST RIPE

MP October 4, 2025

I received this item (which I have bought numerous times before), by delivery, in unusable condition. They were all WAY past ripe, dark black, so soft I could barely cut one open, and the inside was dark brown (yuck). I tried to get a refund online, but they said the only option was to bring them into the store. I used delivery in the first place because I am unable to go to the store. I am absolutely not keeping rotten avocados for two days until I am able to get to the store!

I guess avacados, like most of the produce I have recieved via delivery, are best chosen in person to ensure quality. it seems the shoppers have been trained to select the oldest produce to fill delivery orders. The avocados I have received in ny last two delivery orders were overripe, soft and had brown unusable flesh inside.

No, I will "NEVER" buy them again!

Anonymous July 23, 2025

The person who chose these avocados picked the greenest hard ones in the bunch. I put them in a brown paper bag with a banana to ripen them. It did not work. I waited 2 weeks they still didn't turn ripe. So, I looked up if I could cook them, its not suggested, then I bought an apple and tried to stick it in the bag, no didn't work. Third week, I cut one open to my surprise it was hard stingy and BROWN! It was NOT ripe but rotten, how could this be? So, I opened them all in the bag, they all had brown spots and stringy brown strands. Yet were so hard you couldn't eat them. I do not recommed this product at all. Wasted of time and money.

Rotten avocados

pasadenacitizen September 23, 2025

Every avocado in this mesh bag was so soft that they were breaking and spilling through the bag. This is not an isolated incident. It's happened to me several times in the past two months. These products should clearly should not be on the shelf. It's not the fault of the delivery person or the person pulling the order. It is the fault of the person supervising the produce department or the store overall not one of these avocados were usable.

BRING BACK AVACADOS FROM MEXICO

Holly August 1, 2025

If I could put NO STARS, I would as this product the last few orders has gone from the bag to the trash within in a day or two and this last order, went from my delivery to my garbage immediately, they were already rotten and the shells cracked open upon touch. They usually come rock hard, then they rot, nothing in-between. Terrible. I understand there are tariffs now from Mexico, but PLEASE quit getting these avocado's from this vendor. I would rather pay 12 bucks a bag from Mexico where I have NEVER had an issue with rotting or quality and get to EAT THEM, than pay more money over several orders and never have a single one be edible for 4 bucks each bag. WASTE

Bed avocado hass from Colombia

Elena June 30, 2025

The avocados I received this last time are from Colombia, they never ripen no matter what, if any of them shows is ripe, you cut it and is rotten. Do not recommending them. Is not the first time they delivered from this country, they end up In the trash. The best avocado hass are from Mexico.
