Fresh Step Extreme Clump Multi Cat Clumping Litter with Febreze Freshness, 38 lb Total, Easy Pour Pouches (4 Pack)

From over the years of having various numbers of cats living at home and scooping lots of poop, I have learned that fresh step extreme in my opinion seems to be the best cat litter for odor control in smaller spaces, ease of scooping, and leaving the least mess when it comes to pesky granules. There is some dust when poured, but when you use the small packages, it’s is not too horribly bad. There isn’t much, and it settles quickly. I never notice any left on the cats once they’ve “been to the loo”. The litter can be cleaned from the bottom of the pan fairly easily, especially if you are creative. The cat I have now is long-haired with picky paws. She does not like the silicone cat litter (such as the kind needed for automated litter boxes) at all nor did she appreciate anything involving yesterday's news or pine shavings or pellets(?) or other recycled brands of non-clumping cat litter that might feel funky or leave something grimy on the bottom of her sensitive feet. Fresh Step Extreme cat litter, leaves little mess, and the bundle of smaller-sized packs means it’s easier on your spine and joints and lungs and sinuses when it’s litter replacement time. Less tracking, less scooping, less dust, less goop, less cleaning, less “accidents” means more wins! (Plus, there is a loyalty club too if you’re not scared to give your info.)

At one time or another we've tried just about every brand of cat litter sold and have not found one that compares to the quality of this brand. In our opinion it's produces less dust, absorbs more odors, and clumps better than the other brands. We highly recommend it!

I have 5 cats. I have tried many different litter brands and I, always, return to Fresh Step. It is has lower dust than other brands, and I do not notice an odor with use with multiple cats. I buy the 38 lb quantity with the 4 bags. It is easier for me to use the smaller bags - much more convenient; I can handle this better than a big box.

1. having 4 small bags instead of one package of the same total weight gives me the option of being able to pour the litter myself. i am handicapped and cannot lift the whole package. 2. Fresh Step is the absolute best litter we've ever used, both for clumping %26 for absorbing odors. nearing 70 years old, both of us have had cats for more than half our lives. we've gone through many brands, and this really is the best. 🐾💙

best price around. quick easy delivery. happy cat.... Two Feathers. easy bathroom for him. keep that 4" and once again happy cat easiest clean out scoop and done. hard ever need to clean liter box like with clay. almost never reaches bottom of liter box. price single or double better then even eBay. should last for a. while with 15 year old two feathers. easy to open even resealable blue tape. me just use the bag keeping it deep and happy for cat.

I love these 4 packs of kitty litter. Its nice to open one and use it here and there, it's still easy to dump out and open. I like that it's lighter to use one at a time than to have the big boxes ans try to dump those in there. We have always prefered this brand to all others as we think it has decent odor control.to our rabbits. And the clumping is very good. As with most kitty litters it is very dusty.

I prefer Fresh Step to all others. It takes away the ammonia odor and clumps for easy removal of waste. I like being able to buy a large amount and use only the amount i need. I like the plastic bags rather than the big box. Very convenient as I have 3 boxes and it is easy to take 1 bag to each location. The bag is the right amount to reload a box.

New kitten needed new kind that clumped and odor control and got another brand way to strong sent . This one is keeping box no odor yet mice smell also good price! I saw order 3 containers for a few dollars over 2 great value also they are in 4 smaller bags and easy to lift and store. So shipping helped an old back to just from front door with 38 pounds into house

Everyone I asked recommended this brand clumping cat litter, but I still prefer arm %26 hammer over it. Just not their price. I stick with fresh step now that I'm a multi cat household, but I'm so picky, that there just isn't a truly amazing clumping cat litter out there that will satisfy me. And crystals got too expensive and left a fine dust in my vents and all over my house. My cats want to bury what they drop in the litter box, so we're back to clumping litter for good!

While I continue to buy this litter. I don’t think it lives up to the expectations that I have of it. It’s a little pricey and the Febreze scent doesn’t live up to its name. The scooping ability is also suspect because little clumps are left after scooping and they smell bad. There's no way this cat litter should be used for multiple cats.
