If you're on the hunt for strawberries that are just as unpredictable as your last Tinder date, look no further than Walmart's 1 lb package of strawberries. These little red wonders pack a punch—sometimes a sweet one, sometimes a "what did I just bite into?" kind of experience. First off, let’s talk about size; these strawberries range from "I could fit this in my pocket" to "Is this a small apple?" You never know what you're going to get. When you open the package, it’s like a surprise party, except the surprises are mostly just the various shades of red and questionable squishiness levels. Taste-wise, they’re like a game of roulette. One berry might burst with sweetness, while the next could leave you questioning your life choices. It’s all part of the thrill! And let’s not forget the impeccable timing—perfect for that moment when you’re craving something fruity but also want to play food Russian roulette. And the smell? Ah, nothing says "I’ve been sitting in a fridge for too long" quite like the aroma wafting from this bag. It’s as if they’re shouting, “Eat me now, or I’ll start a mold colony!” In conclusion, if you’re looking for a fruit experience that keeps you on your toes, Walmart’s strawberries are the way to go. Who needs roller coasters when you can have these little gems? Just be sure to have some whipped cream on hand; it works wonders to mask the occasional faux pas from a rogue berry! 🍓😄
Sweet and juicy! Buying produce online is a gamble. The hope is the shopper is scouting out the best pick for the buyer. While storing eat them within a few days, produce doesn't seem to last as well these days. Happy to have purchased these for $1.64 per container.
I’ve always had pretty good luck with Walmart picking out my fruit and veggies. This time my strawberries are not good at all. There are maybe 4-5 berries I can actually use. I would rather someone message and tell me the strawberries aren’t looking good and I would pass on them. P
This is according to the strawberries I purchased at 6:00pm 10/30/2025 they are rotten and molded and inedible. This is the second time I have received strawberries specifically like this and there has been other items when I do grocery pickup that have been rotten from this location.
Almost EVERYTIME I order fruit from Walmart IT IS MOLDY. I understand lower quality when getting delivery because I can’t pick it myself….but MOLD. It’s rediculous that I don’t open or wash or touch the fruit and it’s moldy when I get it…there’s NO WAY this should keep on happening. Check your fruit before you deliver it…and maybe check all the fruit in stock because it’s more than just strawberries I get that are already bad…
This is horrible. Rotten, leaking all over our grocery bag upon delivery. I also can’t process a refund and they want me to drive this molded product back to the store. I do delivery for convenience and pay for W just to receive product like this. And this happens almost every week.
I got one that is moldy and the other one’s are mushy. I am very disappointed. This is not the first time that happened. Last time my soy milk was expiring the next day too. Walmart you can do better. Maybe train the online pickers again.
I am very disgusted ! I was ready to enjoy my my strawberries when I bit into one and there was an insect in it it looked like a little worm but wasn’t to sure.. it literally made me throw up.
The last 2 times I’ve gotten strawberries the have came with mold on them. I’m really not one to complain. I tend to let things slide but it’s also irritating because I get them for my son and he can’t eat them if they’re molded as soon as we get them. So I do recommend them double check and really looking at the strawberries/ fruit before sending them out. They wouldn’t pick the for themselves like that. However they shouldn’t pick the for me like that either.
Half of the strawberries, look good, but some of them had fuzzy mold already started. I am very appreciative of someone else doing the shopping, I just don’t want those strawberries. And I’m not going back to the store to return them because it’s too much trouble
