Fresh Sweet Corn on the Cob, Each

Awful. Do not buy through delivery due to the fact that this corn currently offered as of 2/21, is tiny and dried out and the delivery picker is only filling the order. If you see this corn, you will not buy it. Walmart should not be selling this pitiful corn.

Due to the fact that I am disabled, physically shopping in Walmart is no longer an option for me. I place my order online and pick it up. I'm at the mercy of the shopper assigned to my order to know when an item is past the point of being sellable. I ordered 2 sweet corn from the produce department today. When I opened the bag to remove the corn and place in the crisper I couldn't believe the quality of the corn. The husks were dryed out and covered in mold. Hard to believe that produce of this poor quality was still on the shelf available for purchase. But what's more unbelievable is the shopper assigned to my order felt this quality was acceptable and put them in my cart. I can't help but to wonder if they would have purchased these 2 sweet corn to feed their family!

From now on I will only buy corn on the cob when I see it in person. This batch of 6 were gray, frazzled and looked terrible. I cooked one just to give it a chance and it was rubbery. I am usually quite satisfied with the produce selections and I fault the store for selling such poor quality produce- not the shopper who probably had those as their only option to fill the order.

This corn was inedible ! I know it’s early in the season but why sell it when it had hard kernels, mold, and bugs on it! Produce, especially romaine hearts, are often less than par. I do not have the same complaint with another local grocery store’s produce. Maybe you need new suppliers. I depend on Walmart delivery as I am elderly and no longer drive. It is very disappointing to have a product’s quality be a guessing game.

This corn was delivered fresh and in good condition with the husks on. We microwave them without the husks in a casserole dish with water and cover the container. You could not tell they were not just picked and cooked. Of course, the ones that are only used to the just picked from the corn field and run into the house to cook them won't agree with this review.

I bought 5 ears to replace some dried out corn in my refrigerator. I put those ears in a Walmart bags and laid it aside to throw away . As I was putting my vegetables in the refrigerator, I couldn't find the corn I'd just bought. Rummaging in the trash (or so I thought), I thought I'd picked up the dried out corn, but no! It was the corn I'd just picked up at curbside pickup! It was barely any fresher than what I set aside to throw away. Shame on Walmart for selling this And shame on the produce manager!!

Whoever did the picking didn't even check the cobs.I bought eight ears.I'm getting refunded only for 1 i'm not very happy with walmart delivery right now.I'd like to i'm kept the corn and I will be taking it back to this store.This is getting ridiculous.This is the third time i've had bad or rotten produce.When somebody else is delivered or picked it

Be very careful , matter of fact just do not do it , ordering anything they have to actually choose for you fresh vegies , fruit , or meats. They will mess this up every time my last several orders have been messed up with forgetting items or dried up or half rotted fruits and vegies. My advice only order items from the interior of the store off the shelves.

Each cob is different, and it looks like the guy/gal whose putting your order together does do anything but count. Some of the cons only had 2/3 kernel's on them. Its better to do your own shopping with produce, ice cream, and soda. Ice creams semi melted when delivered and soda cans all dented and flat

I should know better than to let a WalMart shopper pick out corn ---see pic----what a waste of money; all the corn they picked out was NOT edible. Not happy. Groceries are too expensive right now. Walmart: DO BETTER at quality control! I can't believe the corn is horrible, there' were hardly any kernals on all the corn they chose but why was it even out there on display for purchase?!
