Super impressed with the quality and heat these tiny peppers pack! These are perfect for adding a kick to your meat or pasta dishes. These peppers look small and innocent but are made to pack a lot of flavor. In recipes I've used I only need to use a few and it makes the recipe quite spicy. These are great and I highly recommend.
I was surprised I was able to find these at Walmart. Saved me a trip going to the asian markets! These peppers are tiny but pack a punch! Perfect for adding heat to stir-fries, sauces, or marinades. Very fresh and flavorful.
I truly enjoy the Thai chilies that I buy regularly. They are convenient to use and flavorful in many of the dishes I cook. they have a nice taste and are also typically fresh and at a reasonable cost.
Spicier than other thai chili's I've purchased and is so good
Great item if you can get them fresh. I often have to discard 10-20% due to spoilage.
this is a great product if you go into the store and purchase it yourself so you can choose the quality. when using the Walmart app they tend to just get the product no matter how wilted, ugly or nasty it looks. I have lost more than I have been able to eat on this product with the Walmart app. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCE ON THE WALMART PLUS APP THESE YOUNG INDIVIDUALS THEY HIRE TO PUT YOUR ORDER TOGETHER ALWAYS FAIL AND THE SPARKS DRIVERS ARE NEVER ANY BETTER.
I don't think it is a real thai chilli ( may be one of the varieties from Thailand still) but I know it is not the regular one you I always use because the chilli tips are not pointy like the regular thai chilli. But definitely not the one you will expect. I feel like jalapeño has more spice compared to this one.
I was disappointed at the Walmart Shoppers (store employee). They could have picked up any box, but they went with this remarkably rotten Thai Chile Peppers box. This picture in my review does NOT look anywhere close to Fresh Green Thai Chile Peppers.
Avoid getting these peppers delivered, ive come across them being moldy or spoiled with blackened spots on the inside walls. My guess is that the issue comes with how they are displayed in store, they are constantly being exposed to more humidity from misting than these peppers should have. When you do find a good batch, theyre very tasty and crisp.
Thai chilies are very good, however, being stored with too much humidity can ruin fresh chilies.
