This is a favorite item of mine. I always use this mix for roasted vegetables - just open the package and place it into a bowl and add some olive oil (or melted Land o' Lakes butter with Olive Oil) some garlic salt and pepper and mix around (I'll usually add some sliced onion too, either red or yellow). Place on a non-stick foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees until browned and tender. It's so delicious and so super easy! Plus leftovers are still so good. Yum!
I bought these because Walmart was out of cauliflower, which causes the least of gas in the vegetable department. I try to eat cauliflower every day because it is very good for me. I forgot how the broccoli really helps keep my skin nice and soft and youthful if I eat it everyday due to the vitamin A. The carrots are an added bonus with the lycopene for my eye health
Very similar to the smaller veggie mix, just with the addition of carrots. Great for quick snacks or adding to meals, and it’s nice having everything pre-cut and ready to go. Good quality, convenient, and a solid value for the size.
Excellent product, excellent price. Just don’t let the shoppers bring them to you because they never checked the dates. So tired of getting product that is just before the expiration date and is full of disgusting yuck.
The mixed plant of vegetarians in a bag is great just to eat raw to put on a salad or make a chicken or beef combination when cooking, it's amazing as I recommend you to buy it.
The expired date was the same date they delivered. Some of the veg. were turning yellow already. The shopper should have checked the use or sell by. I will give them the benefit of a doubt. The price was for a fresher bag, not one the was going to expire on the same date delivered.
These are excellent of you plan on using them the day that you buy them or the very next day. they mold super fast otherwise. didn't even last 4 days in the crisper.
No stars - Although the date on the package expired in a couple days, the vegetables were clearly expired. Cauliflower was brown and carrots were so dried out they appeared white in color. Hard to believe someone would think it was okay to sell. That is not the first time I've received this same mixed veggies looking like this and had to throw in the garbage so I will not be ordering vegetables from Walmart again.
Having let a year pass, tried to get this product again only to be met with equally disappointing results. Didn't last a few days in the fridge before becoming soggy and inedible.
Bought 2 bags for Christmas family meal. Both had slimy lettuce and slimy liquid in bottom of bag. Most of the cauliflower and broccoli had black spots all over it. Broccoli and carrots were limp. Will never buy this online again.
