Fresh Whole Green Cilantro Bunch, Fresh Produce

Cilantro is one of those ingredients that can completely change a dish when it is fresh, and this bunch worked very well for everyday cooking. The aroma was strong and fresh right away, and the leaves still had good color without looking overly wilted. I use cilantro in a lot of different ways, including rice, soups, tacos, eggs, tuna salad, chicken salad, salsas, and even mixed into simple cucumber and tomato salads. One thing I especially like doing is adding it toward the end of cooking instead of too early so the flavor stays brighter and fresher. A little lemon or lime with fresh cilantro can honestly make very simple meals taste much more fresh and flavorful. I also appreciate how versatile this is for the price. You can use small amounts across multiple meals without needing complicated preparation. If I know I will not finish the whole bunch quickly, I usually chop some and freeze it for cooking later, which helps reduce waste. This was fresh, useful, and something I would easily keep buying for everyday meals.

I buy fresh herbs regularly because they add a special element to the various dishes I enjoy making. it's an inexpensive way to elevate recipes that might otherwise feel ordinary or boring. I've found that the various herbs purchased in the clamshell containers have a very decent shelf life. the herbs that come in a bunch, like cilantro and parsley, aren't quite as hardy but if you take a few minutes to store them correctly chances are you'll be able to use the entire bunch and won't need to discard any. I've been happy with these purchases.

My last two big grocery orders have had produce that has not been fresh. Red potatoes that were not firm. Bagged salad starting to wilt. I have had no problems over the last six years or so, until the last couple of weeks. I hope your quality of produce has not fallen, and that it's only a matter of letting the shoppers know to be more careful when filling an order.

Purchased 2 bunches of cilantro. One was perfect, the second was wilted and half the size of the other. Tried to revive in water ended up not using. Store shopper needs to do better. Try some additional training. At today's inflated prices you need to offer best quality..

The cilantro was half the size of the bunch I got last week at another store. I was afraid that last weeks bunch wouldn't still be fresh, so I bought this one, but it looks half the size and already wilted. I dug the old one out and it is still perky and fresh looking used it instead.

I just wish the people that package. The Walmart orders would look carefully at the vegetables because I got one that was just totally rotten and not usable but overall Walmart cilantro is usually good if you pick it yourself, but if it’s the people that select your order from Walmart they’re not that great.

I'm a HUGE cilantro user, the last time I got some though there were frozen bugs 🐛 on the leafs.. then I went into the store to pick some out(month later), upon inspecting, lord n behold there were a couple more. i brought to managers attention this time. I'm hoping that 3rd time is a charm, that NO bugs are this round of cilantro bcuz I want to make my chili. And I have paid into the use of delivery n enjoy it also.

The product was crushed in the packaging and there was nothing I could do to bring it back to a usable place. I threw it away and that was the 2nd time that happened! The employees picking and packaging the fresh products need to be more careful and try to Not damage the product!

It would be nice if the pickers were more courteous and took the time to select quality produce. This isn't the first time I've placed an online order, and unfortunately, each time my produce has arrived either brown, bruised, or rotten. I understand that not every item will be perfect, but consistently receiving poor-quality produce is very disappointing. I would have hoped that more care was being taken when fulfilling orders. Moving forward, I hope greater care and thoughtfulness will be given when selecting and filling produce orders so customers receive fresh, quality items. Thank you.
