Fresh Whole Pearl Onions 16oz Bag

Very fresh with great flavor I love them. When I make ribs or roast in the oven I toss 10 or 15 in along with some baby carrots potatoes all coated in a bowl with Greek virgin olive oil fresh ground peper and....WOW.... these onions add a great test to the meal, if you like onions (not powder) you should love these.

I really wish they'd been a little bit bigger some of them were so tiny I didn't even couldn't even clean them I had to like run them under water and then just cut off the ends because they were so little not a very good thing for my money I don't think I'm going back to the big onions in fact I already have

Good size and amount in bag. I did not see any dings or mold on any onions in the various bags. I enjoy them in potroasts poping them in the last hour of cooking. They keep shape %26 are firm on the outside yet tender inside %26 full of flavor of themselves as well as the broth from the potroast. Enoyable enough for all the onion lovers.

These onions are easy to peel and use and taste great. I put them in pot roast, soups and any leftovers can be planted if you are of that mind. I also back them with chicken thighs, smothered in mushroom soup and a few mushrooms for a robust, easy, good tasting, main-dish served over rice.

Great for a good recipe they are delicious and you can boil them just as is (no peeling) and with minutes or so you can take them out, cool them and peel them just with you thumb and index finger!

love these with salads. im an onion lover so I just eat them right up. no cutting and cleaning until your crying. great for dipping in Italian dressing

I was so happy that Walmart has these. I make them during the holidays and put them with white sauce. They are to die for and the family decided that I need to make this more often.

Ya gotta love cooking to be buying these Pearl onions. Pleased to find in Walmart. Absolutely delightful TASTE %26 Quality was fresh picked!

I gave these 3 stars because my experience was a mix of really good and a little disappointing. I bought them to make bite-sized blooming onions using a recipe I found online, and I was looking forward to trying something different. Unfortunately, after only about three days, quite a few of the onions had already become soft and weren't usable. Considering they aren't the least expensive item in the produce section, that was frustrating. The good news is that the onions that were still fresh tasted great. They had good flavor and worked perfectly in the recipe, which made me wish more of them had held up. My suggestion would be to plan on using these as soon as possible after bringing them home. If they stay fresh long enough, they're delicious, but I do wish they had a longer shelf life.

These were so strong we had to throw them out. Pearl onions should have a delicate taste and not be hard.
