I will never get potatoes delivered again because I was sent some that I would not have given anyone. If it’s a delivery why would the store even allow something that is considered damaged and will be graded below US Grade %231. This is because the green color indicates the presence of a toxin called solanine.so stop letting your pickers throw us what people aren’t grabbing . I should not have to change how I prepared my food because I have to cut all the green off to safely eat .
I have never seen anything so disgusting. We had a delivery from Walmart, and we ordered a 5 pound bag of potatoes. I could smell them before we brought them in. The whole bag was oozing and rotten. How could they have still been in the produce department at all? There is no way the shopper wasn't aware of this issue with the oozing potatoes because the smell was unbearable.
Maybe I miss understood what I was ordering but I’ve never seen this bag of potatoes at a Walmart before? I do NOT like them at all. They are small and do not bake well. Not to mention when I opened the bag the first day I got them they smelled awful and there is already rotting potatoes. I assumed I was getting the bag of potatoes in the Walmart listing(the brown bag I always get at Walmart) . Again maybe I was mistaken. The rotting potatoes weren’t great to see, smell, or have to pay for.
I noticed the potatoes were overly wet in the bag. Unfortunately, after I peeled and cut them in half I was disappointed to see that they were no good.
The potatoes were green. I had to throw the whole bag away and go get more. It was a delivery order so I wasn’t able to pick them out myself at the store.
The potatoes had green skins. I reached out to the manufacturer and they told me they were no good and to bring them back to you looking for a refund. Can you help?
I don’t know what’s going on with these potatoes, but every single one of them I’ve had to cut out a lot of the bad black stuff, gross and mushy, which leaves me pretty much with half a potato. This is the second time that I’ve ordered these potatoes, and still the same. I will not be ordering them again.
I can't believe this person that brought my last order. I never had a problem before. First, they brought my hair dye that was obviously opened %26 missing most of the product. But now i open my bag of potatoes and most of them are rotten. I would appreciate it if Sukvinder never shops for me again!
I purchased a bag a few months ago and there were rotten ones and a slime on the rest. I washed the useable ones and cooked a few. There was a bad taste so a I threw them out whole bag out. This second bag had the same bad taste when fried or boiled. Had to throw this bag out also. The second bag were a different brand XIT No more wWalMart potatoes for us!
The employees that shop for the online customers need to be more careful. This bag had a potato that was absolutely rotten mush. It stunk to high Heaven so I know they had to smell it. And of course it made the rest of the bag stink! This is unacceptable.
