Walmart has suffered a lot from produce reviews. However I’ve been very pleased with the shoppers choice. My only suggestion is when you substitute the on the vine tomatoes you use a pack of 3 tomatoes and I’d prefer two packets as the on the vine are usually 5 or 6. There is no place to make it 2. All the produce has been fresh so I must have a smart shopper picking out my groceries!
These were great mushrooms and lasted for several days . I used some on my pizza, some in my spring salad and some in my omelette. Several were large enough for stuffing and I'm sure in the larger containers there would be more that size. I sliced mine up as I needed to use them and they stayed fresh and 'snappy' without the crown separating from the stem for the week!
This seems to be another one of the items that often are used to dump nearly expired product on grocery pickup customers. About half the time, they're old, brown, sometimes even slimy. If you are shopping in person in the store, it's easy to find ones that are fresh, and those are outstanding. Whether you're looking for things for a slow cooked meal, a stew, stir fry, or even pizza, these work great. As long as you get a fresh package.
when my shopper, shopped for this item, it had some dark gray black spots i had to throw them out. this is the 2nd time, the first time it was tomatoes (on the vine) that had some kind of pinkish stuff around the top of the tomato. i feel like the shoppers DON'T shop like its for themselves, they dont care about the costumers, and dont care if its from the bottom of the barrel.
Brown marks and not fresh, I had to throw away. Total waste of money. I have found so many times now that ordering produce with the Walmart In Home delivery service is not a good idea because what you receive is not fresh. It’s concerning that the employees don’t choose fresh items, it’s like they don’t care that they’re grabbing bad stuff for customers.
I understand that your short staffed, still no excuse for grabbing food items that have expired or have 1 day left to expire. Im paying good money for your help. ive worked all my life with different jobs. some i liked, some i didn't. However i still did my part as best i could %26 i was proud of that. If jou don't like uour job look for one you like. Take some pride in your work no matter what it is. You work to help out customers like myself. Thank you.
The produce I've receive from my Walmart orders has always been hit or miss, but lately it's been nothing but bad. Are your shoppers in too much of a hurry to care that they are throwing inedible, rotten garbage into the cart, or are they instructed to give Walmart customers the food that would otherwise be thrown out? This is a constant problem. I cannot do my own shopping due to a disability. I pay a monthly fee for this delivery service, on top of rapidly rising costs of food in general. Then when the order is delivered, I have to spend precious time on hold to speak to a representative after yelling for several minutes at an AI bot to get a refund or replacement. The hassle is not worth it. Oh, yeah. The mushrooms were absolutely rotten, discolored and slimy. You take our money. We want quality and service in return. Do your JOB.
I placed my order a couple of days early, it wouldn't through and had to try later as there was a computer glitch . I place my orders early as I am elderly and seldom drive at night. When it finally went through where I typed AM the computer glitch put PM. No one offered to do a free delivery so I had to make 2 trips same day. Not sure I will place orders again
These mushrooms were old, brown and slimy. The whole package went straight into the garbage! I should have taken them back but what an inconvenience! At the very least, the people doing the shopping should know what fresh produce looks like. VERY disappointed.
