Wow, I just made some awesome fried zucchini! I cooked it in bacon fat and seasoned it with salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder. My girlfriend even used one for something I'd only ever seen online before. Goes to show, it really pays to have quality produce around!
We placed our grocery delivery order selecting this Zucchini along with yellow squash. Upon unloading our order immediately after it arrived, we were both HIGHLY disappointed with the tiny size and severe poor quality of the squash. Both the Zucchini and yellow squash were so soft they literally squished when touched and were not edible. We had to just trash both. This was honestly the smallest 1 Zucchini and 1 yellow squash we have ever seen! So small, that combined wouldn't have fed 1 person!!! Please know we are NOT being petty, just being honest. In this economy, with prices of EVERYTHING CONTINUALLY on the rise, every penny spent counts. Having to waste money on inedible groceries is unacceptable. We have come to expect more from Walmart.
It was a pickup order. I ordered 3 zucchini. Two were great and one was starting to spoil before I even got it. I don’t like to give negative reviews. Good spirit of service would be if the shopper selected what they would want to select for themselves.
Terrible. This zucchini and the yellow squash were so small they were embarrassing . We asked for a refund. Your shoppers on this and other things should be fired. We have to refuse more and more products since you always try to substitute with inferior or more expensive items. Keep it up and we will start shopping elsewhere.
on Sept 24th I purchased 2 zucchini and 2 yellow squash . i could only use 1/2 of azucchini and 3/4 of a squash. very poor quality. I would not have purchased such meessed up vegetables . This was not the first time for bad choices by the person filling the order on vegatables
I wasn't able to use the squash the day it arrived but had to hold it for two(2) days before I needed it for salad. When I picked up the zucchini , it turned into mush. It had been harshly handled on the way to us. I will not be ordering anything that is sensitive to heavy handling in the future.
Had I been delivered a zucchini I’d be satisfied. However, I received a cucumber instead of a zucchini, a lime instead of a lemon, and green onions instead of asparagus. That teaches me for not wanting to go shopping in the rain and having groceries delivered. Excuse me while I go grab my raincoat and head out to ShopRite. 🤷♀️🤣
The Zuchini was spoiled, and looked like some one had been taking bites. I can’t believe Walmart had this trash for sale. I REALLY can’t believe a human being selected this mess and then packed and sold it. Walmart you get worse everyday. I am not going to shop with you much longer. I stopped going to your stores, now you actually delivery ROTTEN PRODUCE. WALMARTS DAYS ARE NUMBERED!!!!!
Unfortunately, I have not had good experiences with zucchini that has been delivered. It is usually damaged and/or goes bad very quickly. One time they delivered a cucumber instead of a zucchini. I decided not to order very much “fresh produce” anymore because of that %26 some problems I’ve had with other fresh produce I’ve ordered before. Things go bad very fast %26 they don’t appear to pick the produce carefully.
Walmart- your curbside pick shoppers need to select better produce for your customers. This last order of zucchini was soft and moldy… I was in disbelief that it was hand selected by your own employee to fill my order. Walmart do better!!! When produce is selected online for curbside, give the best produce instead of what looks like you’re ready to throw away. I threw it away… refund is due.
