We got this scramble mix to try something new for our Sunday breakfast (We normally use vegan just egg, which isn't easy to find all the time) This mixture is easy to add to broken up tofo bits. It also makes it very tasty, better than chicken scramble. We added veggies too after adding this spice mix (We normally add veggies to our just egg) The mix stayed on the Tofu so the whole scramble ensemble had its normal various flavors. Yum yum.

For someone who is trying to wean off of all animal products, this little jar has become a God-send. The jar arrived packaged so well from a family-owned business, with a thank you card (!!!) and I immediately took some tofu out of the freezer to try it out the next morning. The subsequent meal I created thanks to FreshJax was nothing short of gourmet, and I can see why they have many repeat customers for this particular best-selling spice blend. I can't put my finger on the blend - I think there is a mixture of salts and turmeric, but whatever it is, it certainly makes tofu better tasting. This spice mix is very delicious! It is not only great on tofu but also great on everything else. I like to add it on my home made ramen noodles, rice, vegetable and so on! There is so much you can do with this spices! The flavor is great which tells me that they are very high quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

For someone do not eat meat at all but miss egg flavor, I highly recommend this. Just cook tofu and add 3 spoon of this, super easy, you get seasoned scrambled eggs. It is just like magic. It has perfect blend of spices and seasoning. Super delicious!

This is the first time I have used this sort of spice with my food. I actually found it very good and tasty. I added a bit to my scrambled eggs to keep it simple and I do intend on using it on bigger dishes trying to see what more I can do with it.

I tried this mix on more than tofu and really enjoy it. Adds in alot of flavor and more with this deacon blend. Vegan friendly and delicious what more can you ask for.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Love this stuff! Bottle is huge and great tasting. Everyone really thought my tofu was scrambled eggs. It cooks nicely and doesn’t have any weird aftertaste. So far I’ve made “egg” and cheese breakfast sandwiches with it and they were gone in a blink of an eye. Perfect for any vegan or non vegan kitchen.

This company is super cute in how they send the note with the product. Overall, the flavor wasn’t bad used it to season some fresh vegetables from the garden. Recommend.

This seasoning is ok. I did not get a egg taste from it and it was too grainy got me. I can deal with it though. I made a tofu dish with it using organic tofu and olive oil.
