Organic lime peel powder has never been on my radar as far as seasoning/spices go but now that I have tried this product I can't stop thinking of ways to incorporate it! First and foremost, having organic lime available in a powder form is convenient but the fact that it's vegan-, keto-, and paleo-friendly without preservatives really sets it apart! I opted to use it for a bit of flavoring in homemade fajitas. The flavor was fresh, robust and I love that it didn't require any additional liquid as with a traditional lime squeeze. I plan to use this in blended drinks, other homecooked meals and even baking! Not only is this a stellar, delicious tasting product but it's made by a small family business with a philanthropic mission to help fight childhood hunger. It's a win win!

Since getting this lime powder, I have sprinkled it on so many meals! The flavor is light and not overpowering. It has been a great addition to salads, tacos, beef, and chicken! The powder is fine, which makes it nice to add to salad dressings and marinades! I also love that it is from a small business, who takes great pride in their product!

Some people may be confused on what exactly to do with Lime Peel powder, but this can be used for so many different things. It's really one of those products that can be used in so many different ways. I personally have used it my morning smoothies, it gives it a great kick of flavor. I have also used it in a DIY lime salt scrub that I use to exfoliate my skin. I recommend getting this and exploring all the many different ways you can use it.

This stuff is excellent! I used it on some of my seafood...shrimp, and salmon to be exact. Threw it on the grill and MAN! This seasoning isn't overpowering and gives just enough citrus taste without being too much. A little goes a long way so don't over do it! Great for seafood, haven't used it on chicken. If you like a citrus taste to your seafood grab this now!

Unfortunately I wanted to like it but the image looked yellow orange and the powder is actually white which makes me wonder. Once I tried it it was just a bitter taste but nothing like lime at all. I don't recommend this at all. So it's going to waste.
