I absolutely love adding this to rice, scrambled eggs, salads, pretty much anything. This is my favorite spice by FreshJax! ?üíö
Use on fish and veggies - LOVE!
Love this spice which adds just the perfect tropical zest to foods. Lately have combined this with a TEA made of turmeric, ground (or purv©ed) ginger, and a pinch of black pepper added to vanilla almond milk and served warm. ((The original recipe called for Coconut Milk but I used this instead.)) A delicious and healthy toddy for a nippy fall weather day?üòä
Mild Yellow coconut curry is so mild,so mild. I got more crunch than flavor. I don't know what to do to up the near nonexistent flavor of this product, sesame oil? soy sauce? fish sauce?. Tried this on tofu, baked, maybe I should have fried it. So much money I'm determined to find a fix. Workin' on it.
