FreshJax Tofu Scramble® Vegan Seasoning - Bulk Gallon (3.6 lb)

My mother used to make incredible macaroni salad. Her secret was boiled and chopped eggs in the mix. Since going vegan I have missed that. So I made up a batch of macaroni salad, two cups of macaroni boiled, cold water rinse, added 2 tbs of olive oil, chopped celery, red pepper, red onion, couple pinches of garlic, 2 tblspoons fresh chopped chives, a couple big blobs of Veganese or to your liking and added a tablespoon and a half of Tofu Scramble seasoning mix. Voila! My mom's macaroni salad. I'm sure she's looking down upon me and smiling. This product is incredible. Thanks, Jax.

Honestly, as a plant based eater, I cannot say enough good things about this product in a tofu scramble. WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. PROMISE. But I need y'all non-vegans or tofu haters to know this seasoning will 1000% improve any batch of deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, egg salad, omelette... bring it to your family gathering and watch them freak out. So, so good.

I accidentally found this product on Amazon looking for vegan egg replacements and I am so glad I did. It is so easy to make and tastes fantastic. If you miss eggs, this is for you. I personally use Wildwood extra firm tofu and add a little Follow Your Heart parmesan cheese which makes the perfect scramble.

I tried JUST egg and the like but they never tasted like egg to me. Even using my own black salt never tasted right. This seasoning is a perfect blend! I've ordered it 5 times now and I'm never disappointed! Best with firm tofu (pressed and cut into small cubes), veganaise, Dijon, and a pinch of pepper for tofu "egg" salad. Toss some dice celery and red onion on top with kale and put it between some toasted sourdough. INCREDIBLE! So good and not death, decay, or animal exploitation necessary!

This was my first attempt at making vegan "Scrambled eggs", and this spice mix made it so easy! The taste was delicious, and it makes for a great healthy breakfast. I didn't add anything other than the spice mix and I didn't feel like it was lacking at all. Great with salsa and avocado! There is a lot in this container, so I think it will last a pretty good while. I will definitely be ordering more from this company! So good! Received this as a gift. I'm vegan and regularly make tofu scramble, and this takes all the work out of the dish. Very easy and convenient- I will make it more now that I have this blend. Thanks FreshJax!!!

Bought a bottle to try last week. I'm already halfway through the bottle, and am back for more. It is EXCELLENT!

This is a wonderful mixture of spices for your tofu scramble! My daughter especially loves it and we are on our 3rd bottle. I highly recommend.
