I have ordered this cake many times. Amazingly, as an 'old' man, I never cared for cake... the icing was nasty. The pure evilness of this cake is the icing. Pure joy and very light icing; no more scooping the icing off. This cake is a must for ANY occasion.

I bought this cake for my fiancee recent birthday two days or so go .it was so moist and delicious that the guest especially his family wanted to know where we purchased this cake and I let them know my soon to be brother in law went and bought one for himself the next day 😆. I was tickled anyway . the icing wasn't too sweet it was just right and it's so creamy in my opinion even if it's not his birthday I still would however buy it again thanks for a wonderful experience you did a excellent job with this cake I would love to see more flavors with the whipped cream please.

I bought This for our 250Th Anniversay 4th of July Celebration. I was so Happy with the size and the Whip cream Icing . We prefe rthat Over the Butter bream. I was Behond Delighted.- so were my Guests- they could not wait for desert!0they even took some home.

i absolutely have several birthdays a year because of this cake my biyfriehd laughs says i dont know if it realky is yoir birthday or not lol wekk its somebodies birthday somewhee so didnt want to miss it lol i do prefer butter creme over cool.whip though

Once it was a fairly good cake but something changed. It does cost $20.00! Once there was debris all over it and I reported it and was told to bring it all the way back to the store. I had it delivered as I have no car! So, I never got a refund because I couldn't get it back to store. The taste has been degrading to a bad aftertaste. Also, the whipped topped frosting has been also losing consistency. I wish it would be as good as it was before. I keep trying hoping it gets better because I love cake.

Bought this because of the high review ratings, but wish I had bought the one with buttercream frosting. The Whipped frosting on this cake basically tastes like cool whip. If you are a big fan of cool whip on cake this is your cake. I do prefer real frosting though

Because these cakes are ordered pre-made, they usually come with a “use by” date that is at least a month away. Since my cake was delivered, I wasn't able to select a fresher one myself. Unfortunately, the cake I received expired the day after delivery, which made it very dry with a texture that was too firm. I believe that if the cake had been fresh, it would have been delicious. That's why I gave it one star, but still mentioned that I would recommend it again if freshness can be ensured. Additionally, the order listing stated that the cake could be personalized. However, there was no place in the app to add personalization details. I called the bakery to request it, but the baker declined, explaining that they could be stuck with the cake if I didn't pick it up. I offered to pay for the cake in advance, but was told I would still need to come into the store to arrange it. This defeats the purpose of using the delivery program. I hope this feedback is helpful.

It's supposed to be refrigerated, so I don't know if the store forgot to refrigerate it or whether it got warm during delivery even though it's the driver's job to keep warm things warm and cold things cold. I think the driver must have put it next to my warm item instead of with the frozen items. The cake also doesn't taste good either. I will never reorder this.

We wanted to test this cake to see if it would work for an upcoming birthday. We ordered it and invited over our son and grandkids to see how we all liked it. Sadly, it lost our vote on just about every category. It was decorated OK which was the only plus. It was very dry and the taste was only OK. Very disappointing because we have gotten the layer cakes many times and they were excellent. Not this one and we do not recommend it at all. One other thing, the frosting was very light and reminded us of cool whip. It made us miss the buttercream frosting we usually enjoy. Too bad because we had plans for this size. Not anymore.

Cake was not what I ordered. Instead of butter cream icing it was whipped cream icing. When substitutions occurred the icing should remained the same. When the substitution was noticed I did not get it in time to change. When it was delivered it was left in the sun . Very disappointed
