It was delicious! It was warm not cold. Seasoned just right. They give you a choice of 2 sides to go with it. Which were just as good. Actually had enough for 2 meals. Definitely order again!

This dinner was so tasty! The chicken was tender, juicy, and fried to perfection. The pieces were big portions and crunchy. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the macaroni and cheese was so cheesy.

This chicken plate dinner was delivered still warm! It was very good. Not greasy. Chicken still crunchy! Mashed potato and gravy was awesome! Well worth the money! I will purchased again!!

If I hadn't taken a chance and ordered the chicken breast and wing meal with two sides due to several very negative reviews I'd never have tried it and would have missed out. The chicken was NOT dried out, was not poor quality and was in fact very good. I thought it was supposed to come with a wing and two chicken breasts. It was so decent I was disappointed that my order came with only one breast. Maybe I was lucky and received an extremely tasty and well prepared meal while others did not. However, based on my experience today I will definitely order this again.

it was over cooked dried up and hardly any meat . that was edible. the potato wedges were good after i heated the up and the mac and cheese was just yuck. the noodles were over cooked and gummy . and the app doesn't let you choose any sides and the app keeps saying in stock and then the shopper says have to substitute it or just not given this is why . i use to get chicken from there and it was good had flavor and not dried out .

The chicken was crispy on the outside and still hot when it arrived, which is impressive since I get all of my groceries delivered and hot deli food often cools down before it reaches my door. The sides were better than expected too. The mac and cheese was very gooey with plenty of cheese, and the mashed potatoes had a true homestyle texture instead of being whipped completely smooth. The only real downside is the lack of information before ordering. Since the side dishes are not described, you are taking a bit of a gamble if you have strong preferences. If you are looking for an inexpensive ready-to-eat meal and are flexible on the sides, this ended up being a much better value than I expected.

i love Walmart chicken this was overcooked into dried something that was inedible and never should have been delivered. I believe it was an exception to regular service which has been quite good before this particular meal. the Tenders they tend to run out of anyway but everybody screws up sometimes

Once upon a time, Walmart had good fried chicken in the Deli. Sadly, that fairy tale has long ago ended. The current version is always way overcooked and super dry. Even if you get it fresh, it still falls just short of being animal fodder. They put way more into their breading than the quality of the final product. I suspect this is to disguise the poor quality. Truly good quality fried chicken should be meaty and juicy. It shouldn't need thick %26 hefty breading. In fact, the best fried chicken has little to NO breading. Case in point, check their rotisserie chicken. The rotisserie chickens might be small, but they're WAY better than their fried version.
