Hershey Chocolate definitely wins here. Flavor is terrific and it's the right combination of sweet and a tad salty. The texture and consistency is good when you purchase early and it hasn't been in the display too long, then it does get a bit dry. I've found that it does keep well in the refrigerator so you don't need to worry about ruining your diet by finishing the cake as quickly as possible.

this Hershey chocolate cake was very chocolaty and rich so moist and good it had chocolate cake with Hershey icing and shredded Hershey on the top as garnish it was a very well made cake and tasted so good so if you love chocolate id definitely get this

I discovered this cake when I was trying to find a last second birthday cake for my co-worker. Everyone that received a piece could not stop talking about it. A few weeks later while shopping I picked one up for home and now it has become our every so often sweet treat. Not overly sweet, the cake is moist, and frosting creamy. I highly recommend trying this cake.

this cake is amazing I love it if you are a chocolate Craver this will definitely fulfill the craving it's delicious for company children older people as an older person myself I can let you know that my opinion on this cake is yummy soft smooth chocolatey cold is best or room temperature with the side of ice cream this cake is definitely never a disappointment I give it a hard 10 and well worth the price delicious chocolatey

I'm not even a chocoholic, but this cake may have turned me into one. It is very rich, but the sponge itself is not overly sweet, it has a deep cocoa taste to it. The frosting is quite sweet and very thick and rich. It is made with Hershey's chocolate. It is also a very beautiful cake and would be a hit with every chocolate lover out there. I would have expected to find this at a great bakery at over twice the price, so I was very pleasantly surprised that I can get this quality cake at Walmart for a fair price.

The icing on this cake reminds me of the frosting my mother made from scratch . It gives the cake for a remarkably favor not soon ever forgotten. Though a bit pricey I purchase this cake for special occasions and for those moments when I shouldn't have it . Smiling 😊

This was a nice looking cake and very rich tasting. Almost too rich for us, but the main problem was how dry the actual cake was. We are going to try another piece and put some cool whip on it?? Maybe that will help with the rich taste and the dryness? We'll see.

It looks good but this cake was very dry , it had a sticky white substance all over the rim on the outside and near the actual cake . It crumbled the minute I cut into it . It's like they took a very old cake and just put new frosting on very disappointing. They

The cake looked delicious, but there was too much frosting and sadly the cake was delivered to us on it's final sell by date, so the cake itself was very dry. Still, even if it had been fresher, the frosting ratio would have still overpowered the cake flavor. This cake deserves a hard pass.
