I am very particular about the cakes I eat. There are very few places that make really great cakes. Walmart's 8” single layer cakes are in my top 3. Always fresh, decorated beautifully, and taste amazing. Their buttercream frosting is delicious. I buy their cakes just for dessert because they are so fantastic tasting.

Not Entirely Buttercream Frosting
Only the lower portion of frosting around the cake is buttercream. The frosting on the top and decorations is not buttercream and tastes denser and more artificial. The cake looks pretty, but I wouldn't order it again.

Wanted white cake with white butter cream frosting. Instead it was white cake with chocolate icing. The cake was fresh and delicious but my taste buds really wanted white buttercream frosting. If I'd wanted chocolate it would have been fantastic
